Dan Bailey is the biggest lying POS on the planet. I asked to have my whole house covered and of course the one time in 14 years I have to file a claim it wasn't covered. He did nothing to remedy the situation because he is a classless loser who has no pride. He will die a man that no one will remember or ever care about. What a waste of life! Well this sucks. I've been with Dan Bailey for 10+years and they really dropped the ball. I had comprehensive coverage and was told I'm covered for glass and all that. Here we are broken back glass and I'm stuck with the cost of repairs. I would not recommend this company. Shop around you'll find better. ( don't listen to their coverage they bs to make it sound affordable but do Not get you the coverage your wanting). Do yourself a favor get a company that is Thorough on coverages and what to expect.. read more

I have been with Bailey Insurance for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. My rates are the best available. The best part about them is Dan and his daughter, they go above and beyond to make sure I'm always happy with them. They are fast and thorough every time. I call it painless insurance. Getting insurance from a small father daughter shop is so much better than dealing with a big corporate agency where they don't know who you are and don't care about you the same. Great service, fast, helpful, affordable... I walked in at the end of the day and they were patient and helped me get the policy I needed and also suggested ways to save money on my other vehicle too. I was insured by Progressive through them, so not some "low end" insurance company like one review said. I was stopped and recently rear ended at 35 miles an hour by the red Jeep pictured. I was hit so hard I was pushed into the silver car in front of me. I dealt with Brandon and he had me come in to look at my vehicle. The claims adjuster had the nerve of saying that I already had damage to my front end and he couldn't see how the damage matched up. I provided pictures which she said were blurry also seen below. They gave me the very minimum even though I am also A progressive customer have been for years. My advice to anyone is take good pictures of your vehicle now that they cannot dispute because they are looking for any reason not to pay you also do not except the first Pay off they offer you they are scam artist. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I had Progressive for a few years now with the same agent. She was a doll; however, I moved to Arizona and got assigned Dan Bailey. I contacted him to add renters insurance, and he was reluctant to discuss the costs of adding the policy. After several of my phone calls and e-mails being ignored, I finally looked elsewhere. After establishing a policy with another company, I called Mr. Bailey to cancel. He answered the phone after several rings with an attitude. I told him my name, policy number, and that I wanted to cancel my policy with Progressive indefinitely. His reply "Yeah, ok." and hung up on me. Didn't even ask why. Two weeks later and I just received an e-mail stating that my automatic withdrawal would be taken on the 14th! I dropped the policy on the first. After calling the 800 number I discovered that he never even called to cancel my policy. Not only that, but instead of receiving backpay from the cancellation date, I was being charged a late fee and informed I owed for a policy date change. My bills have been automatically withdrawn on the 14th of the month since I started the policy. Yet somehow since Bailey has been my agent the date was switched to the 30th, and then back to the 14th. So now I owe roughly $110 and will not be receiving my retro pay. Do not waste your time with this rude and neglectful agent. I hate to sound like the commercials, but I did switch to Geico and saved myself over $100 a month read more

My mother passed away and we sold her home in Arizona. She was insured with Bailey Insurance. I contacted these people 3 times over a 3 month period of time to cancel the insurance. The insurance was not cancelled for 3 months and we were charged premiums for the additional months. When contacting Dan Bailey he was very uncooperative telling me that he needed proof the house was sold. When I asked him what documentation he would accept, he could not provide me with an explanation. I have sold many homes and never have had to provide proof that the house sold in order to cancel an insurance policy. I would advise against doing business with this company. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Dan is not a very smart person. I was referred to him through a friend and I told him that, and he knew my friend well. He took all my information down and read the info back to me including my VIN number. Waiting for a quote from him for a day I call him back and he says he wrote the wrong vin down and didn't have my phone number. So he handed me over to his snotty secretary with an attitude and I started to repeat my info , AGAIN and I said I gave all this info to Dan yesterday. She proceeded to tell me how she doesn't need my business and hung up on me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE...STAY AWAY!!! They both are dumber than a box of rocks and I am glad she hung up on me. read more

We always had good service from Bailey until we found out that our coverage was changed. uninsured and underinsured motorist had been removed from my policy without our knowledge we were told we did not need med pay after our daughter was in an accident she got nailed for out of pocket medical costs totaling $6,000... in result we called Bailey back to add med pay and were told again that we did not need it. MEd pay might have added 12-18 dollars per month and would have saved us thousands. We have tried to reach out to Progressive to file an errors and omissions claim against the agent. Everybody we speak with at progressive seems to have amnesia when it comes to square dealing it seems that you have to make a very large noise and use sites like yelp to get anybody to pay attention unfortunately this review has to be left we also plan to take this higher up with progressive insurance nationally. read more
