I am a firm believer in Yelp reviews. I find them to be truthful and accurate whether they are good…read moreor bad. My automobile insurance was recently not renewed due to a few of my claims. When I had not heard anything from my independent insurance agent, I decided to search for another. As I read the reviews for Jimmy Kreisman and his group, I knew I had found the right place. The reviews were extremely positive, and I mean REALLY positive. I phoned earlier this month in the afternoon. I received a phone call from Jimmy in about 20-30 minutes. We talked a little about my situation, and he was ready to refer me to someone else since he was ready to go on a trip and had work stacked up before he left and for after his return. However, after speaking to me for a bit, he said that he could work me in and gave me specific dates of when I could expect him to work on my proposals. Based on his previews reviews, I knew that I could trust what he said. He got information from me in that initial long phone conversation and communicated with me over the next several days. As promised, he contacted me when he said he would to finish work on my proposals. He was direct about my situation, which I appreciated. I also appreciated him giving me his perspective of the current state of the insurance industry and what he expects in the future. He sent me a proposal which was much better than I expected, and after some discussion, we tweaked not only my auto insurance to best fit my needs but also renters insurance, which I am now also changing. I am a retired higher education professional who busted his butt every day for the students I assisted. I always look for and appreciate professionals and workers who do the same. Jimmy certainly fit this bill. He is polite, honest, and certainly an expert in his field. After feeling wonky, not knowing how my insurance situation would turn out, I am confident that I am working with someone who is one of the best in his field and is certainly looking out for my best interests. Who could ask for more?

I truly cannot say enough kind things about Jessica and Anna. I'm currently going through…read morebankruptcy and had lost hope of ever getting a better rate on my home and auto insurance. My auto policy had been terminated--despite having a clean driving record--and I wasn't even bundling my coverage. I had reached out to my home insurance company twice over the past two years, asking to bundle in hopes of saving money, but was denied both times. Then, by what I can only describe as a blessing, someone referred me to Anna. Honestly, I didn't expect much--I even told Anna upfront that I understood if there was nothing she could do. But what happened next felt like a miracle. Not only was I able to bundle my home and auto insurance with Jessica, but they also saved me thousands of dollars on my home insurance alone. I'm not trying to speak negatively about the companies I left, but they didn't seem invested in helping me during a time of financial hardship. Anna, on the other hand, truly listened and cared--and I'm so grateful. If your situation is anything like mine, I strongly encourage you to reach out to Jessica and Anna. They're compassionate, resourceful, and genuinely committed to helping.
