When Doug left, this office literally went to hell! In 2008, I was t boned in a bad accident, it was the other drivers fault. We ended up going to trial for this, I got very little assistance from Bob Kerns in this matter. Last yr, I was rearended by a distracted driver, who should not have been driving at all! It took 4 months and several trips to Berge Ford, to get the truck up to shape before it was struck. June of last yr, Am fam, calls accusing my sister of being in an accident, an accident that never happened! There are no marks on her car! Not even a scratch! Amfam sends someone out to check the car, we never heard back. I noticed my truck insurance went up, I contributed it to be rearended and as I said, was not my fault. I decided to get rid of my truck, for a brand new one, did the insurance thing from amfam, my insurance went up. Not happy with this I called 2 other companies to find out, the non existent accident, the accident that never happened was on my record! Excuse me??? Wtf?? Finally had enough of Bob Kerns and Amfam with the ridiculous bullshit, with this mess, ordered them to take care of this at once, of course, no response! Ok, Kerns, listen up! This is to be removed at once! No feedback, no answers, no assistance! Kerns, I want this in writing now, about the non existent accident that never happened, and it to be removed at once!
