I was a USAA member before I switched to State Farm and it took me a month to get an appointment when they were my insurance. Mickey helped me file a claim and get new glass the very next day. whenever I have any questions, Mickey responds quickly and gives me the full picture of my options without any bias. When I switched from USAA, not only were my premiums lower, but Mickey advised me how I could bundle renters insurance to save even more money... I always thought USAA was the cheapest, but now that Mickey is my agent, not only am I saving money, but I have better coverage than what I had with the ol' eagle. This has to be the worst insurance company out there. I was told I had full coverage for my home…read moreand auto including an umbrella coverage. Country financial denied my simple $25K life insurance policy which I was like ok.... I am perfectly health but they wanted blood work and I was like hell no to the needle. So will be looking for Life insurance else where. The second blow was my home owner insurance which included an extended roof insurance. I have owned my house for 5 years it is not a new home but it has no HOA and it has all the best upgrades in it so it has been well taken care of. Well this mansoon season in AZ apparently took a beating to the roof and I sprung a leak. I put a claim in and well wouldn't you know Country Financial will not cover that either. Now tell me what good is having insurance when you can't use it when you need it? I will tell who ever asks me to never buy any type of coverage with Country Financial they just take your money and will never help you. I had USAA before this and I will most defiantly be going back to USAA they have way better customer service and know how to treat there paying customers. I know they are more pricy but after all this I will pay the extra money to have a peace of mind knowing my insurance company will have my back when I need them the most. Please if you are reading this DO NOT I repeat DO NOT sign any insurance policy with Country Financial. I suggest if you have the means sign up with USAA.
