I had to upload my personal information, copies of my id, social security, etc. to deal with my parents insurance, not their financial accounts..... just insurance I needed to pay for them and now trying to cancel (since there is no more car or home). I am reasonable knowing that I might have to shoulder some of the cost, but the warranty company said the replacement install for the recirculation pump on the tankless hot water heater required a "modification" and my portion would be $450 on top of the $125.00 deductible I paid. There was no modification. Unbolt, remove, install and done. The pump ranges from $390 to $540. I paid my own plumber $650 which included the part and install. The "cash out" option from FAHM was $20.00. Better off to go without a warranty.
