Worst customer service ever. Won't respond to email. Doesn't know how to disassociate my account from my ex-husbands so my rate keeps getting associated with his, after 3 years. read more

They all helped me with things I just didn't understand. Linn was so kind & helpful. There is a Daniel there as well & he went above whatever his paygrade is to help me. Was right on top of everything and very understanding to my needs. Thank you all so much!! L. Sword read more

Bonnie was so quick to respond and helpful to assist me with my policy changes and combining plans. Highly recommend!

We have been customers for over 15years with Brian they are the Best! I have been dealing with Tyler Johnson and he's awesome!!

Switched from Farmers Insurance a few years ago. Shopped around and State Farm gave me not only the best rates but also the best personalized service I could've wanted. I work with Tyler Johnson and he has been nothing short of amazing. We've had quite a few policy changes and even the dreaded auto accident claim recently and I was amazed at how painless Tyler and State Farm made the whole process. I won't be going any place else for our insurance needs any time soon. They're prompt in calling me back, and patient with my thousands of questions and best of all, they're within walking distance of my house! I would recommend Brian Stevens agency for all insurance needs. read more

I am so glad I found Brain Stevens on Yelp. He was able to rescue us from our old State Farm Agent Andress Jeffress. It was so disappointing after many years with her started when my parents signed up with her agency. She does not know what customer service is. Stay far away from Andress Jeffress and definitely seek Brain for help. He helped us transition from that horrible nightmare and set up the new policy quickly before our home insurance expired. Brian and his team always go and above to assist the customer. If anyone thinks of switching, I highly recommend giving them a call. read more

Tyler was so awesome! He came with the clutch and stole my business HAPPILY! Went above and beyond to show me how I should be treated as a customer. Was respectful, understanding and even gave me some good advice! Would highly recommend everyone to give Tyler a call. read more

Brandon Newman went above beyond when I needed help when I had insurance issue at the MVR

I first met Brian about five years ago when I was shopping for insurance. It's a small world when I discovered that way back when, when he was starting his agency he mentored under my mother's best friend, . That was back in Chicago. His agency is awesome all of us people are perfect and I would recommend anybody and everybody I know to give him a shout and get let him give you a quote, if he can give you the best price he always will and in the rare occasions he might not be able to he's very professional about it. read more

Always there for you. Fantastic team, been working with Brian and Bonnie for years. Thank you for being a "Good Neighbor". Rob and Rose

I've been a customer of Brian Stevens for over 10 years, they are now my children's insurance coverage also because of their incredible customer service, competitive rates and 'personal touch' they provide on a consistent basis. Regardless of how complicated or unusual my requests, the crew here always suggests innovative and creative ways to save money, be smart with my decisions and/or think about the long-term. I truly appreciate their knowledge and guidance - especially Bonnie, as I've worked with her nearly the entire time I've been a customer... her knowledge and experience has saved me a number of times from making poor decisions! read more

Brian is great! He set us up with the best deal and when he noticed our rates increased he quickly got on to rectify the problem.

Brian is an all-around great guy, and a great agent. He and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and accomodating. We have our home, jewelry, autos, and life insured with Brian, and we also bank with State Farm. State Farm Bank is the best - we have our checking, savings, credit card, and vehicle loans with the Bank and we couldn't be happier with the service and rates. I have been a State Farm customer since 2000 and with Brian for 10 years. As long as we're in Arizona, we'll be customers of Brian's! read more

Brian and team are the best! They have always gone the extra mile to help and provide the best service possible. Even when I found myself in a situation where State Farm decided not to renew my auto policy Brian took the time to patiently guide me in the right direction. He even offered to help me review out of state policies to make sure that I was getting the best rates possible. read more

I have been using the Brian Stevens State Farm agency since I moved back to Phoenix a couple of years ago. Their prices are competitive and they are very personable and accessible. I use them for home, auto, and an umbrella policy and have been very happy with the service. read more

I had Brian Stevens State Farm Insurance for a year or so, was planning to stay with him for sometime, next 20 years or so. I recent wanted to switch to my new car, my old one transmission went dead and wanted to talk about my house insurance and planning on purchasing another and how much the payment are. The girl I was dealing with gave excellent but left the company and since then the place went down hill. I'm now thinking about changing companies or agents. I believe if they don't want your business leave. read more

Tyler is the best, he is always above and beyond when you need help. Fantastic team.

Brian Stevens is an excellent choice for an insurance agent. I'm giving him 5 stars but if I could give him a six stars I would. I'm very happy with his services and knowledge of the policies he offers through State Farm. He takes his time to explain things to you and helps guide you through the process of selecting an appropriate insurance plan for your budget. He has saved me a great deal of money. It feels great to have an agent that is truly looking out for you. Thank you Brian, and your team for making my switch to State Farm a welcoming experience. read more

oops, I forgot to review Brian! I have been with him since 2005 and he and his staff have been amazing with adjusting my policy over the years to fit all my major life events. I was referred to him by a friend, I have only been to the office once and everything I have ever needed has been done over the phone or via email. It seems I am always misplacing my insurance cards and I have to call to get replacements. I usually have an email within minutes of my call with replacement cards. Best service, super friendly and always professional. Oh... and he is hottie! Can I say that? ;-) read more

I worked with Ken regarding a variety of policies I was interested in over a week's time. He was knowledgeable and personable every time we interacted over the phone. Ken took the time to answer my questions while providing superior customer service. I am glad I called this office for insurance assistance despite my living over 30 minutes away. I have used Statefarm for a while, with it being my first insurance policy as a young adult I ignored a lot of signs and stayed with them despite problem after problem. I am writing this review to share my experience to hopefully help someone else avoid the issues I have dealt with through this company. FIRST incident, something I have always been frustrated with was my rates CONSTANTLY changing, when ever I ask about this the responses I got where "when ever there are more accidents in the area, even if it not you it affects your rate personally". However it wasn't every six months my rate would change, they would send me a new 6 month agreement with a new rate, basically whenever. I constantly had new insurance cards (so I had to switch them out in my car all the time which is inconvenient if I'm being honest). Moving on. SECOND incident, I made a move to Colorado this past year, Spoke to agents in this office about the move and was transferred to an office here in Colorado (NOT ANY BETTER). Went over the coverage with the representative in Colorado and assumed I got the coverage switched over considering I talked to two different agents, in two different states, but nope. Contacted them AGAIN after not receiving any emails, finally got coverage in co after 2 weeks or so of living here. THIRD incident. I got into a car accident here in CO, unfortunately my car was totalled. Throughout the process with Statefarm 2 other major incident happened, so really this is the third and forth incidents all bundled up in one. With my car being totalled I purchased a new 2018 Jeep compass, I spoke to a man here in CO even went in to speak with him with my husband signed papers got everything printed out and quotes for the coverage on my new car. WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH THE PAPERWORK I GOT FROM THIS MAN AT STATEFARM. I purchased my new vehicle UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS FULLY COVERED (in fact it was required for me to have the vehicle covered to drive it off the lot!) and a month or two later learned I have been driving my brand new car around completely uninsured. This just absolutely blew my mind......... I had PAPERWORK I gave to the dealership proving I was insured?? I leaned this by getting a letter from state farm dropping me for having one accident, changing a windshield, and using roadside on two different vehicles I had insured with them, so I used to many claims..... I was honestly shocked, I've never heard of someone dropping you for using roadside or changing a windshield but fine, what was not fine was my brand new car not being insured for a couple months. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE and discussed this letter because 1. I was confused on why they wouldn't want to insure us and 2. I was upset they were still insuring the car THEY TOTALLED AND TOWED OUT OF MY GARAGE. After this conversation it was made clear to me that I was not insured with state farm I even asked about my renters policy because I was going to purchase a different policy (Obviously). Now I have noticed they are still charging my for renters and life insurance. I called to discuss with with an agent yesterday and honestly haven't been more upset with a customer service representative, he continued to repeat himself no matter what information I said, he said, "if that happened there would have been notes or you would have talked about this already" implying that what I was saying DIDN'T happen. I don't appreciate the way your company has treated me throughout ALL my time with you and I really didn't appreciate the gentleman I talked to yesterday. He made my feel unappreciated as a consumer, unheard, and just not helped. What I want is simple I was the money returned to me from March till June because to MY KNOWLEDGE I was not insured by this company. Whether the procedure was done correctly or its not really my fault. Considering how many time things weren't done like they said they were going to be I feel the company needs to do its best to fix this situation. However if not at least hopefully I can help someone else avoid the headache. MANAGEMENT I NEED YOU TO REACH OUT TO ME ABOUT THIS I TOLD THE AGENT YESTERDAY I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO YOU WAS TOLD IS WAS NOW CANCELLED HOWEVER HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY EMAIL OR CALL FROM "KEN'' TO CANCEL MY LIFE INSURANCE, WHO THE AGENT I SPOKE TO YESTERDAY I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS ''HUNTER'' SAID WOULD CALL ME. SO OBVIOUSLY I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT ANYTHING HAS CHANGED EVEN THOUGH I CALLED YESTERDAY. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANY INSURANCE THROUGH YOUR COMPANY I NEED TO MAKE SURE THIS IS CLEAR. read more

Let's just say, it makes sense to shop at different supermarket once in a while. We have had our personal insurance with the same agent for over 17 years. In fact, our original agent retired and passed us along to his successor. You think you are getting the best pricing because isn't that what your longtime agent should be providing you? No, it seems that their concern is just finding new clients. After talking with Brian he showed me gaps in my coverage as well as coverage I didn't actually need that I was paying for. The best advice he gave me on one policy was to stay right where I am as this is good coverage at a good price. I'm glad I met Brian and that we've added him as our personal agent. read more

What an absolute professional office with a warm, friendly atmosphere! Brian leads a strong organization dedicated to customer service.

Just need to put a shout out to my girl Isela at this office. Had to go in to take care of some complicated insurance matters and need questions answered and information explained to me. Most other insurance companies I've gone too treat you like a number and get you in an out as quick as possible. But not this girl, I was immediately just met with kindness and hospitality by this woman, who by the way knows her stuff. She sat down with me I explained my situation, my questions and the things I was not quite understanding. Isela immediately went into gear and went through these things one by one and I felt she went above and beyond for me. She took the time to make sure I understood it went over things a few times that I was not quite understanding and even offered more info that was not given to me at the time by the other party and just made sure I had the knowledge I needed for this matter before I left out the door. This is just such a great and phenomenal insurance company and Isela was just the star of this place for me. I know I will continue my buisness with them, just by the actions and kindness of this woman. Customer service is not what it used to be and I see that with other businesses, but not these guys. If your looking for a company that treats you more like family than just another number, this is the place to go, if you want excellent customer service, just stop by and see my girl Isela and she will take care of you in the best way possible. Everyone there is amazing but I am now stuck with my one gal and I dont plan on leaving. It be a smart move on your part to stop in and see these guys, just a great company. read more

I have dealt with Brian and his team. for many years. We have several policies with them. They go above and beyond to help and solve problems and issues. The only thing I can say , is you never REALLY find out how good insurance is till you need it, well, I have had to use it more than I would like, every time the experience has been great. One final note, don't forget that jewelry rider, never know when you will need it. So glad I had mine. read more

I was referred to Brian by my property manager who is also a client of Brian's and I'm really glad she did. Brian (and Bonnie) took such good care of me from the first phone call/email I made. I had a lot of questions about rental property and Brian took all the time I needed to make me feel comfortable. I added a lot of extra liability to my policy and the premium was still much better than previous policy I had. I feel like I can call Brian/Bonnie any time and now I will have an actual person to talk to, instead of an 800 call center with people I dont know. Thank you Brian for all of your patience, help and kindness. If you need a great State Farm agent, go to Brian Stevens. read more

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write this review for such a great insurance agent and office. My husband and I were one of Brian's first customers, about 16 years ago. Actually, his doors weren't even open to the public yet. We were actually in that shopping center for something else and just happened to pop in there to say hi. We had just relocated from another state and had to transfer over all of our insurance to a local State Farm office. We really liked Brian the minute we met him. We've referred many of our friends and family members to him throughout the years. It's been nice watching his office grow from a one man show to a great team. They're all always willing to help and actually do return messages. Do yourself a favor and don't bother looking for any other insurance agents. Just come by and say hi and meet this team yourself. You'll be happy you did! read more

Brian scheduled an appointment with us to discuss our current coverage, which included our home and autos. We could not have been happier with our meeting. Brian spent about 2 1/2 hours with us, and went over our policy(s). At no time did he push additional coverage. He did let us know what additional coverage was available, explained everything in detail, and gave us the option of choosing. We have had State Farm coverage for 12 years. Only 2 years ago did we select Brian as our agent. We moved to the Valley from another Arizona location. We would highly recommend Brian Stevens!! He is by far the best State Farm agent we have ever had. He truly is interested in protecting you and your assets. THANK YOU BRIAN!!! read more

The Brian Stevens branch is amazing. I can't say too much about Brian himself since I haven't talked to him too much, personally. However, I can make a safe bet that he is an amazing agent soley based on the team he's surrounded by. First off, hats off to Bonnie. My dad has been with State Farm well over 20 years and he can not say enough great things about her. I'd also like to recognize Clayton, who helped initiate my insurance with State Farm. He explained everything clearly from the get-go so there were never any, not so pleasant, surprises down the road. Finally but DEFINITELY NOT least, the newest team member I have spoken to has gone absolutely above and beyond any expectations I would EVER hold for any person but especially as an insurance agent. I always felt that insurance companies were out to get you the highest rate to extort as much money out of you as they can. Oh boy, did Rob prove me wrong! Rob is, by far, the best team member I've spoken to! (Although not to deminish the value of all the other hard-working team members) All in all I guess what I am trying to say is as long as you come to THIS State Farm Branch, you are in good hands (even if you don't speak directly to Brian Stevens) becuase his team is professional, very courteous and, according my standards, very genuine/honest people. read more

I have been a loyal client to State Farm for several years. I had 0 issues with my Vehicle and Home Property Insurance until I inquired what the process is to file a claim when my home was broken into. The office manager discouraged me to file a claim and warned me that should I decide to file a claim, there is a chance that my Home Insurance policy may not get renewed. I have decided to renew my policy elsewhere. read more
