Used them for car insurance. While they did find me a low monthly rate, they were supposed to get my garaging documents to the insurance company - never did that. They didn't even notify me that they didn't do that, so I found out on my own from the insurance company because I was charged a fine. Then I asked Insurance Savers about sending the documents for me. They never did. I asked them to please follow up with me. They never did. In the end, I called my insurance company and was told that Insurance Savers gave me wrong information. Very frustrating company to work with. read more

I've been with Insurance Savers for more than 10 years and they've always been great to deal with. In particular, I'd like to give 5 stars to Krystal-- who is ALWAYS there for me! She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I'm getting the best rates, and she makes sure my policies are up to date.Importantly, she has called to alert me that I forgot a payment, which has saved me suspensions. Talked about getting my down payment back and agent recommended me not to because I would not be able to get a full reimbursement. So I started my insurance with this company and I was told id be paying 125 month it's been 4 payments later and the price keeps going up by 20 bucks. I've been to this office and talked to the reps several times about my insurance. They are really really bad about calling back. The Jeanne lady seemed annoyed with me keep calling but she was trying her best to be nice. This place gives the run around and you got go online to get the discounts, just a big headache and hassle. The 6 months I've been with this company has been a MESS. My rates kept going up and down. I never had a set amount, my payments where all over the place. Oh and my last month they magically lost my number and had a different one file as well increased my last payment without my knowledge. When I called they basically told me I was stuck paying it because it was too late on there end. Never again. read more

To whom it may concern; My name is Shannon Davenport, policy number #######-AZ-PP-###. I am writing to request my insurance policy on my 2011 Kia Optima and my 2000 Acura 3.5RL be cancelled. When we requested the policy be drawn up at the dealership while purchasing our 2011 Kia, we stated my husband needed an SR-22 for Georgia. The policy was drawn up, we paid the down payment, and we were assured everything was good to go. When I called our underwriter, Insurance Savers, three days later my husband and I were informed that: 1. They could not find our policy and that it may just not be uploaded in the system. The policy was entered on a computer, how could you not find it? And... 2. There was no SR-22 on the policy because Safeway Insurance did not even carry SR-22's for Georgia. We paid a down of $250+ dollars for this policy and did not even get what we asked for. After losing my temper with the rude, young female receptionist at Insurance Savers, I called back and asked for a manager. The manager assured me that they did underwriting for other companies and that they would find a company that could do an SR-22 for the State of Georgia. That was at about 10am. Well, 5pm rolled around and I still had not received a return call. So, I called again. I was informed by the same young receptionist from earlier (who was much nicer this time around), that the only company she had found to do the SR-22 wanted over $300 down. I asked why it was so expensive and was told that basically we had to purchase a whole new policy and attach the SR-22 to that policy!!! So basically we had to buy a whole new policy because their underwriter didn't listen when we told him what we needed. The receptionist said that she would continue looking and call me the next day. Well, the next day came and went and again I called at around 5pm. My call went to an answering machine, so I left a message. The weekend came and went and I never received a response. Luckily the owners of one of the establishments where my husband is employed, also owns the building where Son City Insurance is located and they contacted the underwriter at Son City, who came up to my husband's job. Within 2 hours, not only had Son City Insurance found two companies that carried SR-22's in the state of Georgia, they were able to actually use their BRAINS and figure out that if we already carried the necessary legal limits for insurance on a financed car, that we could take out a second policy that carried the lowest limits of state liability only insurance, so that we could affordably get my husband's SR-22. Son City Insurance was not out to line their pockets, they really wanted to help us fix our situation. I know this email reads as if it were a review, and that is because it is. I will be sending this email to Safeway Corporate Offices and posting it on every website I can to ensure that everyone knows that Insurance Savers is a company that provides horrible customer service, does not listen to their customer's needs, and is only out to make a dollar. This company has extremely poor customer service. When I had first started working with them a little less than a year ago I was spoke with a girl named Chrystal and she was rude to start. We had communicated a couple of times through emails regarding adding my boyfriend to the insurance for just a short period of time (one week while his car was being repaired). Two months later I was still paying for him to be on the insurance. When I called to check on this issue, I was informed I needed to sign a form to get him taken off. I was never contacted to fill out this form. They sent me the form, backdated and I was assured that the over payment would reflect as a credit to my account. Not only was it not, I was charged the increased rate again for a 3rd month. When I called back Chrystal no longer worked there and they had no evidence of my communications with her. I am out $360 dollars and will not be refunded any of it. Even worse they have paperwork I signed which excluded my boyfriend from my insurance which is backdated, so I am paying for him, but if anything were to happen while he was driving my car it would not be covered. THIS COMPANY HAS INFURIATED ME. SPEND A COUPLE EXTRA DOLLARS A MONTH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! read more

So after years of being with this place I find that they neglected to tell me all the details of my current insurance, such as the rates go up every six months and the possibility of the rates going down with a good driving record will not happen. No accidents, no tickets and I am paying nearly $200 a month on a 2012 vehicle that is not a sport. What am I supposed to? So I call them multiple times and now my insurance expires tomorrow and I have received no call back or any communication from them whatsoever. Believe me people when I say find another place or do your own research when it comes to insurance because they will not tell you everything you need to know and they will not call you back if they are at fault.
