He took my information and I requested he call me to review and discuss before submission of quotes - never heard from him. Secondly, I requested quotes from an insurance agent. My car insurance had doubled in premium due to moving to Central Phoenix. I was floored. I knew I needed to change things around in order to stay within my budget. I contacted my insurance company and they said they would work on it to find me a better rate. I never heard from them. Their name rhymes with Swarmers. Ahem. Cue my yelp search. I found Patrick due to his extensive glowing reviews. I called him at about 3pm on a Thursday and by Friday morning at 9am he had me in a new policy paying less than half of what I was with the aforementioned company, and he also had added a renters policy.
