I've been with them for over 30 years. I've had homeowners, car, business and renter insurance. Moved here and stayed with State Farm. Last year my rates increased and still stayed with them A few claims for windshields I paid because didn't meet my deductible and 2 cars totalled in 2023... one my fault and one not my fault. I usually pay 6 months to a year at a time. I got a call about a week ago to scedule my yearly overview of my insurance needs. Now I just get an email from Alondra in Jack Hamblett's office, my agent, telling me to "be sure to get insurance elsewhere before my expiration date."what!?? Apparently I've made too many claims. 30+ years with them and a few claims and that's too much. AVOID STATE FARM! read more

Zero stars. WARNING: JACK HABLET IS A CONMAN! He is only interested in making the sale and getting your money. He will lie with a smile as he makes promises that he will not follow through with. If you are elderly or care for an elderly parent DO NOT sign up for State Farm via his agency*. I am out of state and unable to physically assist my parent with a technology based device. My parent is now stuck having to find a neighbor that would be willing to help them! If knot, they will be charged an additional fee (which Jack Hamblet thinks is just Pennies) even though my parent has paid for their policy in full and survives on a fixed income. I'm unfortunately unable to give my parent funds for the additional fee because unlike Jack Hamblet, I handle my business with integrity and do not steal from Senior citizens. The economy is garbage and most honest hard working Americans don't have money to burn. He was also unwilling to provide a full refund for her policy, even though it just went into effect a few days ago. What a thief! *No complaints about other employee/team members employees at that agency. read more

God awful agency. Won't cancel your old insurance, will completely ignore you after you switch to them. Find a different agency.

I finally made a switch from GEICO to StateFarm and it's been a terrible experience working with this office. My auto insurance is in place but they are completely inept at figuring out my home owner's insurance. Now my policy is pending lapse because this office has no clue what they are doing. If you are looking for an insurance broker, this office is not it! Find another StateFarm agent or stick with what you got. read more

hate to be THAT person , but I also hate to get scammed on my hard working money , last month ( only been here 2 bill cycles ) my first bill was $460 , because of the 10% discount from the GPS , when I signed up it was never a part of the " conditions" since everything was done via text message , so when we didn't have the GPS we were charged $548, I spoke to the lady there and she said it was due to the GPS , then I INSTALLED THE GPS and INFORMED THEM , to my surprise AGAIN my bill is $548.00 the ONLY way to speak to JACK is through setting up an appt that's weeks out. I did get a couple quotes from other insurance with WAY easier customer service and HONESTY. I did a review last time and took it down because I thought I'd give them a second chance however , I should NOT be having to BEG a insurance agent to take my call. Unless you have the time to be calling every month and running in circles I'd saying look for other insurance , many other brokers who actually help. read more

I agree with the other reviews - truly have never had a worse experience with an agent. My auto policy was incorrectly cancelled due to an internal State Farm administrative error, that Jack at first insisted was "impossible". (Spoiler alert: It was possible.) Jack and his office also failed to communicate during the cancellation period, only sending one letter in the mail notifying me of the cancellation, which Jack told me directly to disregard. I never received any further communication from him, despite him telling me they have a "7 points of contact policy" when cancellations occur. When I tried to drill down on this lack of communication, he told me that he "wasn't going to hash out the details of every communication." I am so happy to get away from the pure ineptitude and abrasiveness of this office. Choose literally any other agent. I would never recommend this agency!!!! Was looking around for better insurance coverage and gave them a copy of current policy. I asked for them to price it out for me with the same coverage I currently had. Was totally mislead !!!!! Was told our one vehicle would be for 6 months and the rest a year. Did not get the proof of insurance that I asked for for several weeks and when I did get the policy was not what I was told. I called and asked to talk to the gentleman that set it up for us and the receptionist said she would have him call us. Not once did I speak with him again ......the receptionist would take down info find the answer and relay what was told to us. When I asked to talk Jack he was rude. I may add that we are not one to constantly jump from one insurance company to another .....our last one we had been with for 6 years. Will never recommend Jack and his agency to my worst enemy. read more
