So I called the bank who confirmed ( after a 25 minute wait) that indeed it was from them and that I was to down load the declarations page and send it to my coverage etc etc @ etc etc. I called Chloe at State Farm, resulting the saga. "I already took care of that for you. I figured that is what was needed and it's easier to do it from the agent end." Now that is service!!! So it's obvious that the VIN numbers were correct when the VIN # were interchanged because nothing flagged on service Arizona DMV. But when the VIN numbers were reinputted is when they made the error in one of my vehicles VIN number. So when Mark's office fixed the VIN numbers, somewhere along the line they goofed up on one of the VINs and that caused a lapse in my insurance, a suspension of my registration, and a $50 reinstatement fee. It was evident and admitted by one of the office employees that it was their office or the company's fault for the VIN number being incorrect, , aforementioned. I gave them the website that MVD said went into place at the first of 2025 this year, so they could update my start date, so the suspension could be added to about the fee. I was told they were refusing to fix this and stuck me with the reinstatement fee. I've been around and I know how corporations are and this shows the true colors of State Farm and not taking responsibility for their own error.

I had the same experience with Jason Fine's agency as the other 1-star reviews (Ian J., Brian M.)…read more He never would follow up prior to renewal to verify the coverages and circumstances were the same. He refused to shop around even though my premiums doubled. He insured my home for twice the value, telling me the extra coverage was required since the cost to rebuild was more than the value (even though there was other coverage that was supposed to cover that need). He was unprofessional and condescending. Stacy (his wife) was also not helpful. I finally found another agent who put me with a top named insurance company and saved me approximately $3,600 a year on homeowners and auto insurance and I don't have to prepay upfront a year's premium to get a discount. I am now paying half what I was with Mr. Fine's Agency. Also, iIt is the same to pay monthly as it is to pay everything up front and my limits of liability were double with Mr. Fine and now my deductibles are much lower. I would recommend not using Mr. Fine's Agency since it is clear he doesn't act in the client's best interests and gives you a hard time with cancellations and getting refunds. I note his 5-star reviews are over 5 and 6 years ago.

I guess that email bullshit gives them some extra money for their condo in Florida.
