Run far away from this agency.
I was completely misinformed about what I needed to do to transfer my insurance to another state. Despite this being a State Farm-to-State Farm transfer, I was repeatedly told that certain parts of the process would be handled internally by their office. I relied on those assurances, only to find out later that the necessary steps had not been completed.
My calls were ignored, and multiple items the representatives specifically told me they would take care of were never followed through on. As a result, I ended up with two policies in two different states and was essentially charged twice. When I raised the issue, I was told it was because I hadn't called to cancel my Arizona policy--even though I had been explicitly told on multiple occasions that this would be handled internally by their office.
I also had significant difficulty getting in contact with Randy Shoemaker. They refused to connect me with him and even provided me with an email address that turned out to be invalid.
To make matters worse, the representatives I spoke with were consistently sarcastic, dismissive, and unnecessarily short with me when I called for help.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and costly experience. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more
