I worked with Kristina at this location (she used to work in Rancho so it was great to see a familiar face since I've worked with her before). She was helpful with breaking down policy information and was straight forward and to the point with everything I had questions on. You can tell she's a rep that actually cares, cuts through the confusion and is all about pointing you in the right direction. Both times she's helped me I've left feeling seen and understood, which is the most important thing after dealing with life's annoying nuances. Thank you again to Kristina and the Sunrise location, it's always appreciated!

If we didn't have to pay our insurance through this office, we'd be so ooooo happy. This place is…read moreworse than a doctor's ok office as far as waiting time. We waited one house just to make a payment and there was 4 ladies working. Well should I say ARE working. As a matter of fact, were still here, waiting to be helped. I think I better give my insurance company as call direct and let them know how unhappy I am with the brokers they've chosen to handle business for them! ......... They just called my husband to help him. OMG, it's been more than an hour and the lady who called him, was just sitting alone back there at her desk all this time without helping customers. I see now why, she has all her kids here with her at work!!!!!!!! She was hiding them on the floor back there. OMG poor kids cramped up all under her desk. And these women, are taking their time like they are tired of working or something. It must be something on the air. I mean, I'm Hispanic, but it seems like when we go to businesses where they hardly speak any English is sh, they act entitled and take their time helping and serving us. They clearly do not put excellent customer service first. They act like this are getting their nails done, seriously that's how slow they are working! So not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!
