I was sold a product that the rep clearly understood what I was buying and sold me the wrong product. Called to cancel 1 day afterwards and I get hung up on. Had to call my actual insurance company to find out Freeway had yet to cancel my policy. Still charging me. Due to the unprofessionalism, constant transfers to reps that can't help me in my state, hang ups (straight to survey). And lack of training, I cancelled my policy and went with a way better provider. If you're in a pinch, get something other than freeway. If not go with a more reputable company. If I could give it a ZERO I would!!! This agency is a scam!!My mom has been coming here for years trusting the agents for insurance needs. My mom would renew her policy & extra charges would be added. She then referred my brother & Vanessa Valdez, the agent that day processed his insurance & told them that it was full coverage & charged them as such. Well come to find out that not only was my mom's insurance at the very basic level for coverage & overcharged but my brother was charged for full coverage & told he had it & only has liability coverage!!! His car is a newer vehicle still owed by the bank so by law he should be carrying both liability & collision!! read more

If I could put no stars I would. I was trying to cancel my policy (switched over to geico and seriously saved $70, and this is having more coverage on my policy than with freeway!). Freeway told me that in order to cancel I had to sign a paper in person OR print, sign and fax it back. I rushed over to this location after work at 4pm, given that they close at 5. I get there at 4:35pm and they are CLOSED. The sign outside even said they close at 5. I look through the window and I see a man sitting at his desk on his computer! Ignoring my knocks on the door! I immediately call customer service and they transferred me over to this location, where they never answered my call. Save yourself the time AND MONEY! Don't go here! read more

I am currently a Freeway customer and had recently had some issues with my policy. I go to the location on 40th St & Thomas Rd. This office has the most pleasant/professional staff out of most agencys operating here in AZ. Everytime I go Im acknowleged and greeted with a smile. It takes less then 5 min to process my payment (although the wait may be 5-12 min once I enter) My Agent was Jessica G, who originally opened my policy in 2012. Aside from a AWESOME personality, she and the staff @this location always provide the best customer service no matter what the issue. This office is very unprofessional. I arrived where greeted with "am I making a payment"? I explained yes and need to also change my payment method. So she continued to do some desk work and let me sit for an 1/2 hour. So while she completely didn't want to help me another agent that was completely dress inappropriately, and unprofessional as if she was going to leave work and go work at a strip joint, became available and took a phone, as if I was not even there. Above and beyond service. Laura Diez and Shawn Proano both spent extra time and did work that wasn't there responsibility to help me keep my car. I called 20 minutes before they closed and needed to get full coverage avoid having vehicle auctioned after being reposed. I had gone to 2 different insurance places and had called 3 others with no luck on the same day. It was very refreshing to see employees not only care about me but about the business that employs them. If anyone in upper management can read this please listen to a customer who has no vested interest or prior knowledge of your employees. I tried to get insurance from 6 of your locations. 5 are closer to me than this location. The 32nd st and Cactus location was closed 45 min before it was listed at, 2 didn't answer the phone and the other 2 couldn't get coverage in time. Laura and Shawn helped me keep my car and avoid a hole financially that would have affected my family for years. They are the people you want to making decisions that affect your longevity as a company. You will only have a small percentage of your employees that take ownership, look out for their company, and work to make your company a success. You will be happy if you promote employess like them.
