Kylee has been checking with me without pressure to see if their agency could become my agent. After doing some research, State Farm had the best rate. I'm also enrolled in their safe driver program. I also had Auto Insurance with State Farm a couple years ago with another vehicle; which I had to file a claim after it was stolen; with damage. She won't see you or talk to you, even though she is making her living off the policy payments you make every month. Worse than that, she is following State Farm rules! So if your claims agent is a complete stooge or worse--treats you with contempt for having dared file a claim, you are stuck figuring things out for yourself unless you go the attorney route. State Farm is great for sales and a complete nightmare for a home fire claim.
