Opened loan in December 2025, paid it off in March 2026. Recently looked under my passenger car seat, and there it was, a GPS tracking device. These mother f,rs did not inform me at the signing of my loan. Criminals!! Stay away from this despicable, shady company. read more

Presto Auto Loans was there for me when I wanted to buy my current home. When there were no other resources to turn to for the additional cash needed for my down payment, Presto was there for me. read more

Very professional and courteous. They made sure I understood all the clauses included in my contract and I like how they don't charge a penalty fee for early payoff! read more

Considering how bad a title loan is and how awful the process is the staff here was alright. They made the painful process a little more bearable. You do get a better deal but because of that don't expect the ease of a TitleMax. This was the Phoenix location on Indian School by the way. The Mesa crew wasn't as helpful. read more

A few years ago I got a loan from Presto and everything was great. I gave them the highest rating. That was then and this is now. I fell behind on my payments and could only make partial payments which they accepted gladly. For two months I was only able to make half payments as I was out of work. I talked to someone in their main office and explained my situation and requested a time extension. He said I needed to bring the account current and gave me 7 days to do so. Why I am writing this review is because of what he said to me at the end of the conversation. "We are here to help you". Well I needed help by granting me a few weeks to bring my account current. When I called back to say that 7 days would not be enough, I was told that I had to bring it current by my next due date (2 days away) or they would start the repossession process. I understand they are in business to make a profit. I just wish when you hear that they are here to help you, it actually means something. read more

The people at Presto are very professional and extremely friendly. When I applied, I submitted the application online on a weekend and got a call back Monday morning from the manager explaining the next steps I had to take. Nothing they asked for was unreasonable. I got the necessary paperwork together and drove to this location. I was greeted, signed in and asked to have a seat and wait. There were 3 people ahead of me. They gave me a few documents to sign and was told they would call to get an approval for me. Within 10 minutes I got approved. The whole process took about 30 minutes and I walked out the door with a check for an amount that was just $700 under Blue Book value of my car. My payment plan is great and they offer many ways to pay. After this loan is paid back, should I need another one, this is the place I'll go. Thank you Presto for being there when I needed you. read more

I have had a Presto loan for a while. I had four months of bad luck in a row and fell behind. I received badgering phone calls from "Eric." He asked sarcastic questions when I gave him an answer to his questions. When I called John, the supervisor, to report Eric's disrespect and rudeness, he supported Eric in his actions because I was behind a payment. Like I deserved to be treated without respect because I was late. People down on their luck don't deserve disrespect and sarcasm. Just yesterday, 3-19-19, I had committed to make a payment and I made it online in the evening. This morning, 3-20-19 I received a phone call from Eric at 10:50 a.m. I am a teacher and they know that I cannot pick up the phone if I am teaching. Instead of checking whether the payment was made, Eric called my school district at 10:53 a.m. to leave a message for me to call them. That was a threatening move and I called John, the supervisor, to report that the payment promised had been made. John supported the actions of Eric. That makes TWO persons at the South Country Club Presto office in Mesa Arizona that are jerks and don't deserve YOUR respect. read more

I would like to say how I was treated at Presto in Mesa. Denzil and Jessyca are extremely professional but friendly beyond belief. I have used Presto several times over the years and was treated like family. I can't say enough about them, and your fees are much better than other title loans. These two people are down to earth and not phony. Treat them right and you will not lose them, they are the best employees who know their stuff!!!!! read more

The folks in the Mesa location have been so professional, courteous and helpful. They make the process easy and fast. Saved our butt on more than one occasion with their prompt service! Thank you all! I tell all my friends about you! read more

Alright I love their rates and thats about where that stops. I went in for a loan set for hours. Then they were only approving me for half the kelly blue book price for my loan. So they went look at my vehicle and because it was dirty from they decided the underwriters wouldn't approve it. If I clean a car that has been sitting for litrelly 3 years back up and take it to them I bet you this they would approve it. I don't think they have any common sense any dirty vehicle with dust can be cleaned. read more
