Recently, I asked for just one extra day to make the payment and was told no--the item was forfeited. I'm devastated because the pieces had deep sentimental value, and I had already paid thousands over the years. I expected some flexibility or goodwill given my long history as a customer, but the response felt rigid and unsympathetic.
