The guys were great they acknowledged me when I walked in. I went there to purchase a firearm. I was asked for my id in which I had no problem with. In addition I showed my CCW card. The dealer was very happy with that. There was a process in which I was in no rush. The guys were professional and Courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable staff about firearms. This is the place I would send people to. read more

I wouldn't recommend this pawn shop based on my experience. I had kept a pawn here for over five years, paying nearly $300 every 90 days on a $1,000 ticket. Recently, I asked for just one extra day to make the payment and was told no--the item was forfeited. I'm devastated because the pieces had deep sentimental value, and I had already paid thousands over the years. I expected some flexibility or goodwill given my long history as a customer, but the response felt rigid and unsympathetic. Policies are policies, but a single-day grace period for a longtime, on-time customer didn't seem unreasonable. If you decide to use this shop, get their grace-period policy in writing and don't expect exceptions--even for loyal customers. read more

I enjoy browsing the local pawn shops to see if there are any deals or interesting finds. I have been to almost every shop in the Valley of the Sun and this one is hands down the W O R S T. The older dude is the most rude and unfriendly person I have ever experienced in my life. He will barely life his eyes up from the computer to help you out. When you inquire about price- or try to even make an offer- they will tell you that they don't care if you buy it or not. Real great customer service tactic. My first experience here was pretty bad, but the other two have been equally bad- if not worse. I will definitely never set foot in this shop again or recommend them to anyone in the area. They are borderline abusive. Such a shame, but avoid, avoid, avoid!! read more

Came here to sell a perfectly fine working keyboard with its stand that was in great condition that I had bought for $80 with batteries inside of it tried to sell it for at least $40-$60. Guy at the front told me it was worth $20 cause it was missing a power cord and music sheet holder Do not come here to sell something they will try and rip you off for stupid things 0/10 read more

Guy came off rude, no customer service, didn't feel welcomed. no sales deals. no jewelry displayed. Not a very great experience here unfortunately. read more

This place is amazing, great selection of fairly priced firearms, excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff. 5 stars

Extremely disappointed with pawn now. Back at the end of Feb 2020 I pawned my shotgun, a about a week later I left town to work out for town to Dearborn MI ( Ford Motor ) after getting to MI I was told they we closing my work down and I woundnt be able to travel home till it wAs safe to travel. I completely forgot about pawned item. After getting home a couple days a go I call today about seeing getting my gun back since it defaulted.... not at any fault of my own. I was told that they have my gun and they wanted double what I pawned it for. This is really sad. I was hoping this pawn shop would be willing help me out , but it seem to be all about money and less about customer service. ****** I'm very glad they have been able to would through this covid-19 times, however some of us haven't been as lucky. This is a company that seem to take full advantage of people in need clearly read more

A brand new guitar and 500 watt amplifier, the guy proceeds to tell me it's worth $10. Um no sir guy I payed much more than that. I do not recommend to anyone! Not the first time! I had a 10k ring and told me it was basically worth nothing because it weighed almost nothing, went to another pawn shop and this other guy gives me almost 100 just to pawn it!! read more

I would never recommend a shop that has a "policy" of making you drive to them to find out how much they pay per ounce or gram for gold and silver. That's stinks of the car dealer mentality of once you've taken your time to come to them, they have you where they want you and typically will offer much less than their competitors. read more

Don't trust these guys, brought a gold chain I found in and they said it was fake, place down the street offered me $40 for it.

Extremely dishonest. Sold me an untested product, and because they have me a discount on it they said they wouldn't take it back when it turned out to be defective. One guy said he was the manager then same guy said he was the owner, when I went in and talked to him another guy cut into our conversation and said he was the owner... So the two of them have a "policy" they claim to be held to but they have no authority to do the right thing and make it right, even though they both claim to be manager and/or owner. I couldn't even negotiate for store credit. If an item is defective, they should have the ethics to at least give credit --EVEN IF the item is discounted, it's pretty dishonest to sell something that can't be tested and say "as is no returns." read more

Came in to looks at firearms and guy was rude and made it seem like he wasn't even trying to sell me anything do not shop here

Unfortunately they are very difficult to do business with. I offered to buy and guitar which sells for $829.00 new and $150 for a case at Guitar Center. I made them a low offer to get a counter and make a deal. I'm 64 years old and have bought from Pawn Shops since I was 16 years old. Recently moved to AZ and was hoping to find a place to do business with. They lack customer service skills and selling skills. And I think they pull figures out of thin air without doing any research. I don't usually write reviews but after reading the reviews here and with my experience...I'd avoid doing any business with these people at least until they understand the value of earning a loyal customer for life. Just FYI read more

We all walked in not even a welcome or a hello we looked for a while then asked if he had a certain magazine for a .40 and didn't even answer then he proceeded to tell us that we're not selling firearms till 10 just because we were looking at them. read more

Good Movie Deals and Friendly Service I stopped in yesterday on my rounds of pawn shops searching for DVDs and Blu-ray's like I do every few months. The woman who is the manager here is super friendly and the prices on the movies are also really good. I just wish they had more DVDs to choose from, they seem to have some good deals on guns and other things there as well. Stop in and check them out. read more

Rarely do I ever take the time to negatively review a business but this company would honestly deserve -5 stars. First the overweight woman who I'm assuming is the manager there will do her best to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Speaking about a customer as if they weren't there and making up her own pricing despite the fact that all merchandise there was clearly marked and priced. I was there to purchase an item they had advertised on Craigslist. Despite the fact that I was working with another sales member there, she would constantly insert herself into our conversation, incessantly adding demands or negotiations which were unnecessary or unwarranted. Finally upon closing the deal, once again she decides to add a caveat of one per person completely stopping me from purchasing 2. Fine, I call my brother to purchase the second item. He arrives 5 minutes later to purchase. However she refuses to sell it and says its been sold already! Really, sold while I've been standing there?! I can see the items on the shelf. I'd have more of a time believing she ate it. But despite the fact that we were able to call her out on her lie, she still refused to sell it. I've never encountered a business that did not want to make money. But the fact that I was able to witness her shady practices first hand deserves a warning to all. STEER CLEAR OF THIS OUTFIT! They are dishonest and unethical. If they are this bad when trying to buy, I can only imagine how awful they are on pawns. Go to superpawn, much better customer service! read more

Fraud! Do not do business with this place. My Rolex was stolen and was in police custody for two years. I agreed to have it released to Cameron who said I would have first right of refusal to purchase it back. That never happened after numerous calls and visits. I finally confirmed they had sold the watch from under me and never gave me a chance to get it back. They kept dodging me stating there was paperwork involved and that they would notify me. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE LIED TO! read more

T.J. was exclent at customer service really was helpful and knowledgeable

I came to Pawn Now to sell a watch and was first very impressed with the customer service I received right when I walked in. Second I was very impressed with the level of expertise shown by Esmeralda. She spent a lot of time researching my watch to make sure she offered me the best price. I will definitely return if I ever need to sell anything again. read more

Great selection updated frequently. Most posted On GunBroker but not all. Very knowledgeable staff, especially Esmeralda! Go in and look around! read more

Horrible ghetto pawn shop. Went to sell some silver and they are only in it for a buck. I had a 10oz bar and they offered me 240$ when spot was 33.45. So basically she thought she could bank 100$ off me. If you have gold your silver go elsewhere read more

Absolute worst experience pawning and purchasing with these guys. I usually am just buying things, so I'll talk about that. They ask full retail for used stuff and add $1 accessories to make it look like they are saving you money! Such a rip off. Worst set of shops in the valley. 3 years I've been going back hoping something changed and still nothing. Go across the street to super pawn. read more

One of a kind pawn shop fair deals and quality stuff.... Its my one and only pawn shop!

I stopped in to see there selection of fire arms magazine's and accessories I made it perfectly clear that I was looking for 223 40 cal or anything for a 10;22 the employee told me the magazine I was interested in was for a 10;22 so I purchased it not checking because she read on the side that it was a 10;22 When I got home I took it out and immediately could tell that it wouldn't fit the 1022 upon taking it back the next day the employee that help me the day before seemed ready for me and immediately had an answer that she never expressed it was a 1022 she said she told me it was a 22 I told her why is she lying to my face she continued to say In a rude manner that she told me it was for a 22 I told her why would I buy a clip for something that I don't possess she said that she would exchange something for equal value but wouldn't refund my money it was obvious when she seen me walk through the door she knew What I was going to say she was ready like she had done this before I walked out of the store I don't care about the money it's the principle of the matter I will tell everybody in my family about how they run their business only do they insult your intelligence but they're rude I'm not a crackhead however they treat you like an addict do not patronize the store !!! Unless you like being lied to and like to donate money to a company I will sleep good tonight and never think of them again except to exacerbate them in social mediaThe only reason I took time out to write this review was hopefully I help somebody that's desperate not to get burned by this establishment I almost forgot to mention that when I was leaving the employee behind the counter told me to have a good day in a condescending arrogant manner I wanted to give him a piece of my time but I figured it would just give him fuel to rationalize the Pernicious treatment of the next customers To sum this all up " this place sucks ass" read more

Great friendly staff that offered a cold water and gave me more for my things when I was in a bind. Highly recommended.

Went there Saturday to Look at a item i saw they had online, Would have purchased the item, Unfortunately i did not receive any help from the (3) employees in the store at the time got tired of waiting for one of them to see if i needed help. there was only (1) other customer in the store at the time (They loss out on a $200.00 sale) I purchased the same item from another store same day. read more

Great service, helped me get the money I needed in a quick and timely matter. Friendly staff and in a convenient location

The manager lady there's is very rude!! Would never recommend buying anything from there as long as she is managing. I honestly don't see how they even have busyness there at all with the way she treats customers. read more

Fast and convenient service with very friendly staff. Highly recommend for all your pawn shop needs !

Purchased my handgun here. They were very nice and since I came in when they first opened I got to look around. They have not only a lot of awesome firearms but there is a lot of jewelry and tools there as well. There were two of the same handguns I wanted to purchase and the owner made sure I got the new one not the used one (both were the same price) as I did not know they had two of the same handgun I wanted. They are very honest and treat their customers great. I would highly recommend. read more

To agree with the first poster but a different person is very rudd .younger gentleman I did not get his name he seemed very cocky and seemed like a jerk anything I mentioned about gun he made it seem as if I was wrong and did not know what I was talking about he made my experience in the store very unpleasant and think the store would be better off without him I did not get his name like I said before but a description of him was young tall skinny carry a firearm was wearing a black shirt the other reps that were there at the time are very kind to me and showed me merchandise in the store this guy talking to me made me feel uncomfortable and like i was wasting his time for even coming into the store even though I have purchased the gun there before. He also spoke about his reviews online that they were low but with his attitude I wonder why he worked at a pawn shop so you would think he would have better customer service when I came back into the store he was speaking to another customer condescendingly and I even more was uncomfortable read more

Great service and great people. Came in here multiple times and it has always been consistent. It's at a great location, and they have a huge variety of guns. Low prices all around. read more

Great prices! Friendly and helpful staff, willing to work amazing deals. They treat you with respect. I will definitely be back in soon!

Horrible customer service. Misrepresent items for sale on auction site, and after admitting to said misrepresentation, refused to purchase and send out the ONE SCREW that would have made a happy customer. Esmeralda was rude, unhelpful, and never returned my phone calls. If you have a choice between a hang-nail, or dealing with these crooks, take the hang-nail. read more
