Once I decided on my purchase, he polished it and put my bracelet on for me, teaching me how to do it by myself. I didn't have cash, but he was flexible and let me Zelle him. A few days later, I went to put it on and noticed that a tiny part on my bracelet detached and I couldn't wear it. I wasn't tripping because I bought previously-owned jewelry and I knew all it needed was a little solder. I come in the next day to show Arthur, who was happy to complimentarily solder it and said I could pick it back up in just a couple days! We stopped in, on a Sunday afternoon, and immediately were greeted and taken care off, by the gentlemen working ( believe he owns the place? ) The entire process was, surprisingly, quick and easy. The best part, was the pay out! He was more than fair, and didn't try to scam or low-ball us. He actually Gave us the best cash value for our gold, better than any other place had/would offer. Okay .. so just give me a price then, I wasn't looking for anything specific. She asks me a million more questions, has some guy look at it, gives me an offer. I wasn't gonna do business with them the moment she opened her mouth. Next time, just look at it and give a price; without the attitude. Simple.
