Unfortunately, after today's experience with his store manager, I can no longer recommend this business. Yesterday, Christian and I agreed on a price for a firearm I'd been looking for as a competitive shooter. I told him I was short on time and would return the next day to buy it, and that I'd call if my plans changed. I kept my word and made the drive today, excited to pick it up. Christian wasn't there. Instead, I dealt with the store manager and another employee, and what should have been a simple purchase turned into an extremely frustrating experience. I explained the agreement I'd made directly with Christian. The manager flat-out refused to honor it, saying he would NEVER sell the firearm for that price. I wasn't asking him to negotiate or give me a discount. I was asking the business to honor a deal its OWNER had already made. He said Christian was off and didn't want to be contacted. He tried texting him, but the messages weren't going through. When I asked if I could call Christian to clear things up, he refused. His solution? Come back another day when Christian was there. Seriously? That would mean THREE trips, with 40 minutes of driving each way, just to complete a purchase we'd already agreed on. My time matters. Gas costs money. And my word means something. I completely respect an owner's day off. I own several businesses myself, including a shop about half a mile from this location that serves roughly 3,000 local people a month. But isn't the purpose of having a manager to solve problems and take care of customers when the owner isn't there? What upset me most wasn't even the price. It was the attitude, the lack of empathy, and the complete lack of effort to find a solution. I felt like neither employee cared that I'd driven all that way based on Christian's word. And I was the only person in the store at the time. Customer service is something I take extremely seriously. My businesses have earned its success and hundreds of five-star reviews because we work hard to earn people's trust. If a manager representing my business handled a customer this way, they wouldn't last a week. I told both employees directly how disappointed I was. And as much as I respect Christian, I'm disappointed that an agreement made with him wasn't honored. A manager represents the owner, and one poor experience can undo years of goodwill. They lost a potentially loyal repeat customer. I'm regularly shopping for firearms for competitive shooting and would have gladly kept supporting this shop. Instead, I went down the road to Route 66 Pawn and Guns, where Chris treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine appreciation. I walked out with a firearm at an incredible price and a completely different impression. THAT is how you earn someone's business. Christian, I genuinely wish you success, but I hope you take a hard look at how your store is managed when you're away. I came in excited to support your business and left feeling that my time and trust meant nothing. I won't be recommending this location based on today's experience.

They are just a two minute walk from my office and others from work had good luck there This place is not a fancy jewelry store. It's old and messy and full of consignment jewelry. Definitely a mom and pop store. They have two well-behaved adorable little cocker spaniels (I think?) behind a gate. The lady there looked up the price in a book. $45 for each separation for a total of $90. The jeweler came in when we were wrapping it up, and he looked on the same book and quoted $62.50 for each ring, but the lady said she's given me a city of Mesa employee discount. Yay! She said if you can get here before 2, I can make this happen for you. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but they were so kind to let me come in at 1:50p to sell this coin. Their fee is only 2.5%. I could have waited till next Thursday to make this happen. However, the market with gold is been fluctuating. I would definitely recommend.
