This is review is for the 740 E. Main St, Mesa Az, 85201. I went into the store requesting to sell merchandise, this is when I was greeted professionally, politely, and respectfully by the Assistant Manager, Palu. Paul was not only pleasant to work with but attentive and courteous along with two other employees being friendly and helpful. I just want to take the time to share my overall experience with this location and the employees, Paul, Ray, and Jamie who I thank very much for your time, patience and insight in assisting me and my needs. You are very much appreciated thank you again, Paul. You're a great person and representation of customer service. Sincerely, Chiquita Bates read more

Avoid This Pawn Shop for Electronics! I needed a replacement laptop urgently and decided to check out this pawn shop. Big mistake. - Customer service? Practically nonexistent. I had to ask for help just to make a purchase. - Return policy? You have to pay extra for a short warranty just to return a faulty product. - Laptop condition? Claimed to be factory reset--wasn't. Staff Googled how to fix it. - Specs? Advertised 12GB RAM, 1TB storage--turned out to be far less. Instead of a reliable machine, I got false advertising, zero accountability, and wasted time. If I could give negative stars, I would. Take your business elsewhere! read more

Bad service had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to be waved in I have been a member for 3 years the location on ironwood makes me not want to renew my membership read more

Never go here I asked if they could take a look and they walk away whispering to one another about my watch and returned back to say no we are going to pass. Rude. No customer service. I feel discrimination is the reason they treated like I was bothering them and why . Horrible never go here read more

I love this pawnshop. Everyone is really friendly and very helpful. When i'm there, it's like going on a play-date with my friends. I like it more than shoe shopping. When I was young my parents would take me uptown on Saturday. This is my new uptown. read more

The worst customer experience ever nobody acknowledged me as I walked in. Nobody acknowledged me after 15 minutes of walking around and then another 10 minutes standing at the register. Nobody acknowledged me once must have a lot of theft because nobody watches anything that goes on there, including the guests that walk through the door read more

I buy products here all the time. Rob the GM is always kind and helpful. I've been going to the Scottsdale location for years and the people are very kind and fair. I really feel these employees go above and beyond read more

I've been here before and received friendlyish service. However, today I went in for some extra cash as I am a single mom that does not receive child support and needed some way to get by till payday. And there was one guy in there and he was super rude. I don't remember his name as I walked out feeling ashamed and embarrassed. But he was a bigger guy with longer hair that was pulled back. He didn't really spend too much time looking at my items before telling me no or offering me $10 for a decent camera I have. He was acting like I stole something or like I didn't deserve the time. I have a step mom and sister who have worked for this company, so I know I was being discriminated against for some reason. I will not being going back to this location to sell or purchase. read more

Go somewhere else if you are trying to buy something. I actually called this place to see if they had a tool I needed..they said they had it...when I there 30 minutes later..nothing...all 8 people acted stupid. F that place read more

Weird guy was drinking bud outta the trash can and started following me and my mama around the store and there was this awkward altercation up at the front where a white dude (an employee) told another employee and his customers that something was "a problem because they were taking too long" and he kinda went off on the other employee and and the customer (a lady with a toddler) and after the white dude walked away, the other employee apologized to the woman and reassured her that it wasn't her fault. Good on him for doing damage control but hoooolllly cow, I have never seen that awful of Customer service in my life. Geez. read more

I have purchased many items over the years from this business. Recently I brought two televisions and did not get the insurance. When I got home I had an issue with one of the tv's, I called the pawn shop and without hesitation they told me to bring it back. I appreciate the team that works hard to give excellent customer service. They let me exchange I know they didn't have to especially knowing I didn't get the insurance.I never had any negative interactions with the staff or seen them be rude to anyone else. Plus the prices are phenomenal! Lowest prices for top quality items. read more

It's said to say made agreement between associate broker Paul and Asst manager David - to purchase item. - a painting - yet David conveyed to Julio how I spoke up on behalf of the Earnhardt family as I feel they are a model company for our State - yes I grew up with that family - a fella disgruntled at the earnhardts bad mouthed a commercial in front of me and bragged while cursing earnhardts praise for Sullivan motor co in Mesa - I spoke that I've only heard bad and I have no idea - he then bashed earnhardts again - need less to say it got heated - so the manager David did not ask the person who cursed the earnhardts to stop he just sat back and did nothing - next day as agreeed the night before - then Julio lechtures me as did David on how I cannot act that way or I will be company banned - what's funny is I've spemt / pawned over 13,000.00 dollars between 3 superpawms yet they didn't defend me they just sold the painting I wanted the night before for 200.00 and yet after my lecture today Julio new I was there for painting yet sold to other customer for 104.00 in my face - I now will only go to Mesa/Southern and get treated right by Malo- Clifton - Phil as the know how a pawn shop is run properly. Be carful as Julio and David have sold me Blown Gutair Amps - blown Car Audi Speakers - Blown JL amplifer - I still have all 4 blownn items sold to me - defective - I'll drop off at SuperPawm Corporate There's a record of that stores Tom foolery and it's Sad Josh Approves how they treat customers he even encourages it ! Stay away from this super pawn ! read more

Friendly service, they don't make you feel bad for pawning because you have a need for extra money. Fair and affordable offers.

My boyfriend and I go to this Super Pawn more than we probably should. One of the gentleman started noticing us every time we came in. His name is Leon. He is hands down the best employee at this facility. He always gives us great deals, but that's not why he is so great. He is great because his customer service is outstanding, and he always greets us with a smile on his face. He notices when we don't come around as often, and genuinely cares about his customers. I would say to give this Super Pawn a go, just because Leon works there! You're the best! read more

I have been to this place many times and ALWAYS receive a letter giving me a month notice on the last date i can pick up . Well this was was for a JBL extreme blue tooth speaker i spent $400 on and when i went in to just pawn not to sell they were over excited for me bringing it in trying to get me to sell not pawn . they straight said and i quote "we have been wanting one of these things to come in for awhile, hopefully you don't come back for this one" and this was their manager speaking!!! So I never received a letter or a call to get my month notice like their policy states in the papers we sign. Yes i should have kept up with it but we all know we have lives, jobs , kids and cant remember everything. So thats why i figured like their policy says in the papers we sign and even finger print that they will send us a letter and give us a call. (Which in the past they always have) but for this one item they did neither because they wanted it for themselves! I have even had previous experiences with them when i have been over a month late after the last extra 30 days they give u and they still helped me out. But because they wanted this one item and it was 3 days late they wont help me out at all and also on the phone right now they said and i quote " the item is theirs now!" I thought it was a business not for them to get whatever they want when it doesnt get picked up. So watch out for these snakes even the manager they will act like their your best friends just to f you over in the end. This is the one on Lindsay and Main. Just warning you all so you dont get screwed like I did. Just because that's what they wanted . so i give them negative 5 star rating if that was even possible. And really over a dang speaker wowwww. read more

We have bought several items here and been satisfied. Julio and the manager have been good to work with and feel we got fair deals.
