Service Horrible. I'm a new gun owner so I came in with the gun I had just bought and wanted to trade in for something a lil bigger that fit my hands. Upon walking in greeted nicely by a bigger Mexican woman. & Told my offer store credit on my gun & was looking through the selection and saw a Glock 19X MOS she proceeds to pull the gun and rack the slide. I found kinda weird because I had never traded in my gun prior to this & when I bought my gun the guy never did that so I thought maybe it was a policy or something & keep in mind I'm new to this. So I just asked hey could I see the gun unracked & asked her could she do it for me. & I guess that triggers her to unrack the gun and proceed to say after I tell her I want to trade it in. I won't sell it to because you can't handle the gun. I ask why? She says because you couldn't rack it. I proceeded to tell her I didn't know if it was policy or anything I'm just tryna go about this the right way. & proceeded to say yea just safety first. Never again. Hello, I need to start writing more as I go to a lot of places around the the east an west/east valley of Az. I went here cause they advertised that they bought shoes etc. And being that I collect Retro Jordan shoes an many others as well I looked for a place to sell some to make space for new shoes I plan to buy now an in the future. So I called before I went down an they notified me that they do buy special Jordan's etc. I drove to the place with my kids in tow. I also had some special Retro Jordan's with me which are the I'm back Retro Jordan 10's all white perfect condition unworn still in the box brand new unworn, and a pair of Chloroform 3's in a box brand new in the box still unworn. When I got there I noticed about 6 pairs of shoes on the rack that where worn an item for sell at a high price so I thought to myself that they'd love to have these then. So as a trial with this place I only took these to see what they'd say cause I knew the price for them online on every site as I'd did my due diligence on the price they where going for, but still realized they wouldn't give me full price of course as they have to make something off the shoes themselves or they wouldn't be in business if they didn't make money. I got there an they looked at my shoes an said themselves that they where in perfect condition an liked how I kept my shoes in clean condition an with the box as the ones they had weren't in a box an didn't have a box as I was told. Now to the amount they claimed the shoes sold for on eBay which my shoes are on as well. And I had checked before leaving to the store also. The lady helping me went ahead and checked herself online I believe as she said , but I don't believe she did actually. However, she said she did so that's that. After checking online as she says she did she then cane with the offer of $20 for the collectible 10's which had me floored. Then said $22 for the Retro 3's I had. Which again floored me. I then said to her your asking for almost the entire price of the shoes you had on the rack as I collect shoes an know what she had on the shelf. So I let her know if I give you these shoes you would make a killing off me as you might think I'm in a rush or a hurry to sell them so you can make a lot of money off me if you get ahold of a pair of Retro Jordan's for $20 & $22 with the box an brand new shoes included. I thought it was maybe for the boxes alone. These shoes cost between $200 & $250 alone. And online she said she found them for $20 & $22. I said can you show me where your looking please as I looked online before I came down. She refused to show me an I said the shoes you have on the rack aren't close to these if you have truly looked online at eBay as she said she looked on to compare prices which at this point I highly doubted. I grabbed the shoes fast as possible an got out of there. Please don't go here unless your willing to accept crackhead prices for things you have of value. Sorry for the use of the word, but for the area this place is located in that word seems to fit how they price things to get over on you. Not a great place an didn't have many things in there in the first place. If I could give 0 stars I would. Some one needs to teach there employees the difference between real and fake gold I work a fulltime job in the airline industry and i brought in two real 20k gold cuban links for a loan. the girl checkin it had on sterling silver telling me my chains were fake. she didnt even know how to use the magnet to see if mine were real...she just said they were fake because i was black and what she was wearing was silver..dont do business with these trump supporters here you will regret it!!
