Friendly and good service. Picked up some 9mm hallow points and target rounds for my Sig Sauer. Had decent prices on guns. Will be back.

Ice cream at MO money while you shop for jewelry!

Always helpful people especially in the jewelry department. I have bought numerous pieces here and they are knowledgeable and accommodating. Now you can even get ice cream! Ice cream server was very nice and seemed to enjoy his job as does everyone at Mo Money. Go make a deal!

The coolest pawn shop with an ice cream parlor located inside! I was on the search for a sweet treat after a long day and stumbled upon Mo Money Pawn Shop during a quick search on Apple Maps. The ice cream sandwiches were divine, the staff was incredibly kind, and it made my weekend adventure exciting and fun. Definitely worth visiting!

Wow: this is the FIRST business I've been to that they're doing temperature checks at the front entrance! Bonus points for that. They used a handheld forehead thermometer & also have a full body temp scan but it wasn't working at the moment. They require masks to enter the store and all employees are masked up. Their jewelry inventory is vast. I only go here to buy cool sterling silver rings. This time I didn't find my perfect fit: they were low on jewelry b/c they'd had a liquidation sale. Employees working the jewelry counter are super friendly and patient (I try on lots of rings!). I have taken jewelry here to pawn but did not get a good offer. I highly recommend another place for that. So that's why only four stars. But as far as BUYING any kind of jewelry or musical equipment, as well as finding unusual items like the globe depicted, I like this shop.

Wow... I waited outside for this place to open, and was turned down because I live in Scottsdale and Prescott. So I wanted to use Scottsdale address and the man said he had to say no. I usually don't go to the ghetto, I guess it better to deal with those kind of folks. I am totally legal and was looking to purchase a firearm for protection. Thanks Sir... My money is good everywhere, learn customer service skills, after all you are a business owner.

Wrong opening time should be fixed asap.

They are the lowest cost for FFL transfer, but some of the staff are rude and unhelpful.

We then came back in 2017 for our wedding bands, and in 2022 for a second wedding band for me and resizing. Throughout all these years, I have put my rings through the wringer, and they've held up wonderfully! This year my husband and I decided to upgrade my ring, we initially thought to buy a new ring altogether and placed and order, but after some thought, we came back and spoke with Marc, who completely understood the sentimental value of my original ring. He had us sit down and discuss what stone size they could make fit, the quality of stones (they carry natural and lab grown), that they could make my original center of my ring a pendant, and man did they deliver! I will forever be coming back for any of my jewelry needs.

To be honest, I'm surprised I'm writing this review, but our experience in our recent visit made it…read moreso we're definitely never returning, and would highly recommend people go elsewhere for their needs. The first time my fiancée and I visited, we were freshly engaged and needed her ring sized a bit smaller (from a 6). We saw that Schmitt had good reviews and it was in our neighborhood, so we paid them a visit. During our first visit, the employees (a young woman and a gentleman who was billed as sort of the "expert" on ring resizing) were very kind to us and worked with us to determine the correct size to go down to on the ring. The gentleman was extremely insistent that we need to go all the way down to a 5 and, despite the fact that my fiancée was honestly and vocally uncomfortable with it, we trusted his expertise (after all, we had gone in seeking advice) and paid to have it resized to a 5. Fast forward almost a year of us convincing ourselves a 5 was the right size, my fiancée is at this point having extreme anxiety about how much effort (and pain) it takes to put on & take off the ring every day, and we decide size 5 is simply too small. While a 5 fits her finger fine once the ring was on, getting it over the last knuckle is difficult and painful, and has been leaving the skin on her knuckle irritated and inflamed. Yes, Schmitt was wrong (and confidently, emphatically wrong), but we understand that nobody is perfect and we were totally willing to trust them again to get it right this time. However, when we visited this time, the energy we were given by the employee who "greeted" us at the door (an older woman with gray hair wearing a ton of jewelry) was immediately hostile. When we explained our situation and that we were hoping to have the ring resized (and obviously willing to pay to have it done), the woman was flippant and condescending and not AT ALL consultative. Without seeming to give it much thought, the woman asked if we wanted to go to a 5.75. While we were open to this, we pointed out that the previous gentleman we worked with was insistent that a 5 (from a 6) was the right size, so we were hesitant to go all the way back three quarters of a size so easily. The woman suggested that my fiancée's knuckle "must have grown an entire size" in the time since our first visit. She then again asked us if we wanted to go to a 5.75, with the impression that she didn't really want to go back-and-forth any longer. I understand that ring sizing is a sort of imperfect science and that bodies (and fingers) DO change, but the energy and attitude we received was seriously off-putting and, frankly, unwelcoming. We probably don't look or dress like most of Schmitt's customers, but we are nice people and can afford to shop there (not that that should matter). We left Schmitt's and took the ring to another local jeweler (see my other reviews) the same day where we received excellent, friendly, and consultative service. Turns out you can put beads on the inside of a ring that is slightly too big to help balance things out! My fiancée now has a perfectly-fitting ring, size 6 with two small beads on the inside to help stabilize it once over her knuckle. We gave Schmitt's an honest chance even after they messed up badly the first time, and they blew it. Please go elsewhere.
