I took my guns in.. a rifle and a shotgun... Had a terrible experience at this location. I was trying to purchase an item from a different state and had made an offer. I saw an email saying my offer was accepted. When I tried to pay for it I saw that I only had about 24-48 hours to pay after the offer was accepted, which had passed. I had no idea they only communicate through emails because from my experience I have always received a phone call when an offer was accepted. So not only do you not know when or if they will accept the offer you only have a short amount of time to pay for the item. I offered again and it got accepted and I paid for the item. Then I get a notice that my order was cancelled, by email of course. I call and the guy tells me that it was because my shipping and billing address didn't match and to just make the offer again. I checked to make the offer again and it said it was sold. I called again and he said sorry someone came in to buy it in person. I have no doubt they went with whoever was paying the most and it was the real reason for my order being canceled. I am writing this review so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Also, so that people are away that as this worker said "they don't make calls here" and you need to be on your emails daily if you deal with them. This pawn shop won't look out for you, so you need to look out for yourself. read more

TNT beats out other typical pawn shops by far. I called first and spoke to Neiva (Manager). I told her I have a Dell lap top Inspiron 15 - Series 3000. (I found it on Google listing for $289.00. I paid a little over $300 for it 2 years ago with the tax included.) I asked Neiva if she could give me a ball park figure if I pawn it. She looks it up and tells me that it is "retailing for $150.00 (Used)" and I can get 'up to $50.00 depending on the condition'. I figured that was a good deal since I read the reviews online for other pawn shops that were offering $50.00 for lap tops that were retailing for $500.00. When I got there I was greeted at the door by a girl with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Her and the Manager were finishing up with a Customer and they told me that they will be right with me. "No rush", I said. Shortly after Neiva came up to me and politely said, "how can I help you?" "We spoke on the phone", I said. "Oh yes, you have a lap top you want to pawn". "Yes," I said - as I took it out of the case and showed it to her. After she examined it she said she could definitely give me $50.00 for it. I asked her if she can give me $55.00 if I throw in the case. "We really don't need the case but I will give you $55.00 for it. No problem", she said. "Great, I said. 'Thank you'. Conclusion: I was in and out in no time at all. I got more then she quoted me on the phone and with no hassle what so ever. I got the best price and the best Customer Service you can not beat. Wouldn't allow me to make a purchase on an everyday item unless they recorded my drivers license in their system. It's an invasion of privacy. Anyone could steal that information from them and look up my address, police report ect. No other business requires recording the information. Signatures are used to verify against fraud and I also showed them my ID, but it wasn't good enough. Owner demanded they record my information. Advise others not to shop here. read more
