Then when I called to let them know it doesn't work they said they test & clean SOME firearms. They try to make it seem like they wanted to help me & we're nice but it was a rip off. They recommended buying other parts & having a gun smith look at it & pay MORE money out of my pocket on top of buying the gun. The service was horrible three older ladies were at the front desk. I came in to buy another gun and I wanted to check out some jewelry but they had their own conversation and did not help. After losing interest in the jewelry, I wanted to check out the guns, but they told me I had a five minute limit in the room, she said because they are shortstaffed and she is going to be leaving in about 20 minutes. I had my mindset on buying another gun but just feeling of only 5 minutes I felt rushed I wasn't going to do business here. If I could put a 0 zero star I would, I already had bad luck here when they sold me fake gold, I also put a deposit down twice on a micro Draco, unfortunately I wasn't able to continue paying it I recently just contacted them asking if I could have my money back for it or at least get some type of store credit! But no, they have a layaway policy that lasts months, I understand it's a contract to keep up with payments but to keep a customers money from them because they broke the contract is technically stealing, I never had the gun in my possession so there's reason for them to keep my money. THEY DO BAD BUSINESS AND ARE RUDE ON EVERY OCCASION IVE STOPPED BY!! Don't spend your hard working money on a bunch of people who couldn't care less about giving you the best experience possible to keep you coming back! Worst place to shop for guns. They treat you badly. There is a rude fat lady and a dwarf lady that threaten my mom and treated her badly. They threaten to call the cops on her because she complained about how we were badly treated there. They said that because of the corona virus they only permitted three be people in the store which I believe is ridiculous. I went to pawn 1st and they don't have this ridiculous policy of the coronavirus. They treated us nicely and they had many customers inside the building. read more

When I came into this pawn shop i was greeted immediately and was treated with nothing but respect. This place had an amazing selection of items they had to offer. Very unique pieces and at a great price! The jewelry was beautiful and well priced too. This pawn show had an array of guns to select from, new and used. Along with great customer service they like to give back to their customers by holding a monthly raffle which can get you a first prize ticket of $300 in store credit. were supposed to receive firearm for me as the ffl. for nearly 2 months they played games about whether or not they had received it. chose them for good reviews i had seen. biggest mistake!! the day i was going to report firearm not received by them and lost in mail to original seller, they finally admitted to having received it. ended up needing to get new driver license& had to wait for my cert copy of birth cert to arrive from out of state. were delays due to covid complications. despite keeping them informed of situation & told everything was fine, i got a call one day stating it was taking too long. couldn't rush mvd had first available appt scheduled, but apparently the shoebox sized amount of space my firearm was occupying was just really inconveniencing66 them& putting them out! they threatened to send it back to the seller if i couldn't pick up immediately. i ended up agreeing this was best course of action, that way i could make arrangements with a better ffl to have it shipped to& pick up from. my firearm never made it back to the seller. when i called, i was told the owner, mike i think his name was, had just decided to keep my gun, either fir personal use, or to appropriate for himself, into his inventory and that he had planned on advertising it for sale. when i demanded my firearm that i had already paid the seller over $500 for be sent back, i was told that the owner had decided he wasn't going to do that, nor was he going to reimburse me the money i had already paid ro purchase it!! so essentially, they appropriated my firearm purchased from someone else, lied to me about having received it as the ffl to begin with, then instead of sending it back to the seller, they told me they weren't going to let me pick it up, and that they decided to keep it, most likely re sell it, and that they weren't going to reimburse me a freaking dime!! don't trust these slimy snakes! i had saved up for a year to be able to purchase this firearm, & needed it for protection. i can't believe some man has decided i shouldn't be able to defend myself& that it's ok to just steal from a poor girl who just wanted to be able to have the means to protect herself! you have taken that very right i am entitled to away from me! i am left feeling very vulnerable now, cannot afford to buy another firearm& can't believe what bad luck it was to have chosen to deal with these people!! i don't know how these thieves sleep at night!! straight up stole my firearm from me, profited from its sale, and never saw fit to return a dime of my money back to me!!! stay away from these shady scumbags is my advice!!! i curse these scammers; they may have gotten away with it for the moment, but karma is a bitch!!! read more

Stopped by this business today to take a look at what they have. Nice and presentable exterior. I went in and was acknowledged by a Lady but her co-workers were busier talking amongst each other. I looked briefly and found the place to be clean, crowded and over priced on everything I saw. They had the original 3DS 1st Gen for $129 and 1st Gen Playstation Vita consoles for $149 way over priced by about $100 on both.
