Small mom and pop shop with large prices and egos dishonesty and no professionalism. I went into the shop and Gerry claimed to be able to get me a product at a substantial discount. You know the saying, if it sounds too good to be true.... I guess Im used to dealing with honest people so I agreed to placing the order. I was being rushed by Gerry into signing a receipt without seeing any documentation showing what I paid almost 5,000 for. Immediately after I left, I had had a very bad feeling about how sketchy Gerry was acting. I went home and immediately saw that the product listed on the receipt was not the correct item he was supposed to order. I went down to the shop the very next morning and asked for any documentation or proof that an order was placed for the correct item. Gerry said he misspelled the product name on the receipt but had no documentation evidencing anything was ordered. He further stated that I just was supposed to believe him for his word. Gerry is a con man who was trying to pull some kind of bait and switch. I asked him for a refund and he claimed that I would be penalized a restocking fee despite that he had no proof he ordered anything. He didnt refund me anything. If his argument about a restocking fee was valid, then she should of at least refunded me the balance and I could dispute the restocking fee later. Instead, through bad intentions, refused to refund me anything and boasted that I needed to go through my bank. Gerry seems to be desperate to hang on to my money for the 45 days that the bank disputing process normally takes. Do not go to this hole in the wall. I only shop and reputable sporting good companies like Scheels. Take my advice. read more

The owner Gerry with a "G" is honest, and a great resource of information. His team of employees are knowledgeable, welcoming (no pressure), and friendly. On top of the family time atmosphere, the store also offers once-a-month CCW classes (I got mine there), other gun safety training classes, and as well as Shooters Circle gun club. Found this awesome p320 the wife fell in love with. Perfect grip for her hands. I tell you after all the shop we visited the second the handle reached her hand along with the atmosphere of the shop, bang that's the one. Shout out to the gunsmith. Forgot his name but he was great. Excellent conversationist, kind and cares for the customers. both them together made my wife and my experience great. Was in pheonix for a couple days and visited 8 shops looking for the right firearm for the wife. This is the place we must of been in that store 3hrs just chatting it up having a great time. I believe the owners name is Gerry, he seems to know everybody that walks through the door and is very welcoming! The background took about 30 or so minutes but hung around with him while he ate lunch and bs-ing. Super chill guy! I was browsing online and found the gun I wanted to purchase, on the website it stated it was in store and in stock. so I purchased the gun and it cane out to $821 which was a bit higher then expected and that's because there was $65 in "other fees" tacked on top. I let it go and went to the store to pick it up and I get there and it's not there. they proceed to tell me it has to be shipped to them and it would be two day shipping. This was on a Monday so shipping technically should've been in by Wednesday while I waited until Thursday and then I called and they said it still hadn't come in yet and this was 12 o'clock in the afternoon. I talked to the manager told the manager that I needed to cancel the order because I needed the order on Monday when I purchased it and I thought I would get it then but I didn't so I had already purchased another one so I just needed to cancel my order. The manager told me I'd have to wait came in from shipping and did, they called and told me I had to go back into the store and take the credit card I used to purchase in order to get my money refunded to me. Then they proceeded to tell me that I have to pay the restocking fee for weapon to go back on the shelves back to the vendor. The stocking fee was $137 which is crazy and I don't feel like I shouldnt have had to pay that based on the fact that I wasn't late, it was their shipping. so needless to say I had to pay over $130 for a gun that I never even saw or touched. read more

I'm not a "gun nut", so when I was looking to buy my first handgun, I had already been to several stores and shot some rental pistols at some local ranges before I knew about CCB. I found them when I ate lunch nearby so I wandered in to check them out. Pretty relaxed atmosphere in contrast to the other shops I visited where I felt out of place for not being conversant in all things tactical. I just wanted a handgun for everyday carry. The guys at CCB told me about their training classes and showed me options to compare to the gun I came in looking for. When I ended up buying it, they were patient and helpful while I filled out the paperwork (even though it was closing time) and even helped me get set up for the manufacturer rebate. I think I'll take some of their classes soon and I definitely need to buy more ammo from them. read more
