When I visited, one of the owners was outside making root beer floats for customers and greeting everyone as they arrived. That level of hospitality is rare and really stood out. Inside, the range features a full showroom with new firearms, merchandise, and even a restaurant, making it more than just a shooting spot. There are plenty of lanes for both rifles and pistols, and if you need ammunition, they have a wide selection of calibers at very competitive prices. For those who shoot suppressed, I would recommend trying their butter rounds. What truly sets this company apart is the people and the culture they create. The staff at both locations are consistently respectful, approachable, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and answer questions, ensuring that every customer, whether new or experienced, has a positive experience. I also learned that they will be offering CCW classes and training opportunities for shooters at all levels, which is an exciting addition. We will definitely take more classes with her and be back to practice at the virtual range. Highly recommend. Plus she did the fingerprints and even took care of mailing EVERYTHING in to DPS to get our permits. Had to add that if you go to the virtual range you can choose from real-life scenarios or simple targets. And Whitney has most makes/models set up for virtual range so you can practice with what you would normally carry. She also clears up myths and makes statutes and rulings easy to understand and apply to everyday carry.

Fenrir GW offers safety related courses in their training room. The class co-training partner was Nick Adam of Delta Defense LLC and course work is Sanctioned by USCCA. The Class 5/5 Protecting Houses of Worship. Attendees were Houses of Worship Security Managers and Security Teams. There was more than 40 people in attendance from across the Valley. Course Objective was to provide FBI Data and trends, actual incident details, actual responses and outcomes for the purpose of developing plans for making attendee Houses of Worship less vulnerable. Takeaway 5/5 The course accomplished its objective and sent attendees away with tools to bring back for improving their physical security and sharpen planning to respond to potential or actual threats. Unfortunately this is a topic more Houses of Worship are actively addressing due to Increases of incidents nation wide. Today 6/22/25 two more Houses of Worship were attacked in the US. I pray for the safety of all who attend Houses of Worship regardless of religion/faith that they may do so in peace, Amen. SYOY

Claims that DPS doesn't honor his classes/certificates are true. He's not registered through USCCA either (they hold a higher accountability standard). We ended up canceling Friday, received a confirmation same day but not a refund which granted it is a weekend so I'm giving grace on that. High FFL Transfer Fee: Not Awesome…read more.. I had stopped in here once a few months back to check this place out as I drove by. This initial visit I felt like everyone was pretty friendly so I thought when I ordered a rifle that was hard to find online I would have it shipped here to pick up and do the FFL paperwork. I ordered my rifle and paid for it online from the company across the United States and they shipped it right over to these guys and I got my Fed ex confirmation at 10 AM in the morning yesterday so at 2 PM yesterday I stopped in to grab my rifle thinking that should be an easy process. I was told by the older gentleman there that they had 50 guns come in that day and they had not finished processing them and told me that he would call me when he was ready for me. I felt like that wasn't the most polite thing since I had already driven there and it wouldn't have been hard to go and grab the big long box with my name on it and just do the paperwork and have me out of his hair. So I left went about my day and waited and never heard back. Finally today they called me after they had had the gun for over 24 hours and told me I could come in to pick it up. The older gentleman took care of me again and I am guessing he remembered me and was still annoyed that I had the nerve to show up at a store without having an appointment which was not a policy on a sign or known to me so it wasn't the happiest of interactions. I filled out my paperwork and wasn't even given a chance to look at my weapon before I was handed it to me and sent out the door. It is $40 to do an FFL transfer here from another dealer. This seemed a little high to me since I usually pay $20 or $25 at the other dealers that I normally use. All in all I probably wouldn't come back here since they have steep transfer fees and the service just wasn't there. The customer shouldn't feel like they are bothering someone there when they show up to pick something up that they've already paid for. I feel like this is a pretty fair and accurate review of my experience here since I subtracted one starfor making me return another day instead of helping me the first day I came when they weren't any customers in the store anyway. I subtracted the other store because it just wasn't a friendly experience. I will say the younger guy does seem more friendly but he was sitting at the desk and not the one helping me.
