There is nothing better than a family-owned Pawn Shop, especially one that is well-run and has fantastic inventory. They tried scamming me with a dewalt reciprocating saw. They claimed it was brand new until we opened the package and had oil stains on it. I asked the manager if I could test it and he said no and swore it was brand new. Definitely not brand new don't buy from this pawn shop. Manager doesn't like making business. read more

Owner was making crass jokes, which were demeaning to women and minority groups. I felt uncomfortable as he seemed to be aggressively flirting with an employee. The store was dirty, clutter everywhere. Items had fallen off the shelves and into the walkway. Many items that were listed online were not in the store. The items that were in the store were of low quality and seemed broken. The only intact items seemed to be lacking in any real value and were marked up to exorbitant prices. This is my "go-to" spot if I'm looking for a deal. Recent purchases were a $200 pressure washer = I Paid $75... & a SpyderCo knife (Golden, CO) $120 NEW ... Got it for $15!! They are family owned (apparently under second generation owners). I'm not one to generally do something like this, but I am truly impressed with all of my experiences at Arrow Pawn. I guess I've always had a preconceived opinion that all Pawn brokers were the same, out to take advantage of people down on their luck and make huge profits selling ones belongings I recently purchased a used watch that I had put on layaway. On three separate occasions I was given a very fair market value for random things I was interested in selling, and then applied it to my layaway balance.. Ladies, looking for eye candy? Well, stop by lol, cute guys employed here. Guys, you won't be left out because there were a couple cute women there too. Anywho, first there's a lot of passing through traffic. While browsing, different sets of people were constantly coming and going. I even heard the employees address a couple by name, a good sign of good customer service. It's a decent sized store with high ceilings. Which they made great use of the space. Records lined the walls. The other side was a drum set up on this high ledge. I went in looking specifically for a cheap DVD player and speakers. The first speaker I chose, I caught the eye of one of the ladies there. Long brown hair, glasses, librarian sexy ;). She helped me understand that what I wanted to use the speaker for wasn't what I needed. After browsing some more, I finally just asked if she could help me. She quickly walked through what was there and found this cool Sony radio for 10 bucks! When I wondered aloud if it didn't work, could I bring it back. She offered to hook it up to my phone and tested it out before I paid for it. Super helpful! I also found a DVD player for 15 bucks. And two DVD's for 2 bucks each. It all cost me less than buying a new DVD player at the box stores.... And I've looked there first! There was instruments, beats headphones and a decent collection of Xbox games. Typical pawn shop wares, a place I would check out again when I don't want to fork over a lot of money. :) read more

When it comes to Pawn Shops, it doesn't get any better than Arrow. They immediately make you comfortable, all the staff is super friendly. Katy helped me out the first time I went in and she was awesome!! And the place itself has got to be the cleanest pawn shop that I have ever been to and all their stock for sale is organized, clean, taken care of, up to date and displayed perfectly. It's by far, the nicest shop I have ever seen. If you want the best deal for your items and to be treated fairly, this is the place to go. None of the employees were wearing masks when I walked into the store. Not a single employee put a mask on when I entered. In fact, two employees were working with customers and neither were wearing masks, even though the customers were wearing masks. There were large fans blowing inside the store, near the employees working behind the counters, so even if you were standing 6ft away, since the fans were blowing, you wouldn't be safe. There just seemed to be an overall attitude of laziness or disinterest in keeping the customers safe, so I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

I came by on my lunch to get the welder. i message him to make sure it was there. because it was a 30 min drive. I've used Arrow Pawn for 2 years now and everytime I go they remind me why it's the only Pawn shop I'll barter with. Their customer service is top notch something I find lacking in many Pawn Shops. Today (6-2-16) I took my little cousin to look at some different jewelry styles. Not only was the selection abundant the deals were better then the competitors.
