I was highly impressed from the phone conversations we had before the face-to-face meeting, which was my option, they also offer zoom meetings as well. Andy listened to my tax needs and within no time at all we had completed two states tax forms with 1099 and W-2 and private business entries and filings and I had my tax refund within a week.
