All insurance is a SCAM…read more I still remember looking forward to insurance renewal. I was curious to see how much it went down with a good driving record, no accidents, and the depreciation of my 1979 Chevy Chevette. It was first Vette. And my policy lasted for a whole year. Today they wanna review your policy every 6 months so they can figure out how to charge you more sooner Bring to a lather and rinse & repeat Never Ending Corruption. And now they have the technology to track your every move. So now you're car narcs on you for speeding up to get around the asshats & reports you for speeding which in turn raises your rate Here in Arizona I just read a report about Waymo service of self driving vehicles. They were involved in 202 accidents in one year! I would have been cancelled from my insurance company after the 2nd accident. Make it make sense

I was a customer of this office and Pam's for more than 12 years, which makes this experience…read moreparticularly disappointing. After my youngest child recently left for college, I contacted the office to have him removed from my auto insurance. He no longer drives and does not have a vehicle at school. Initially, one agent told me I would need to sign a document stating that I would not allow him to drive my vehicle or I would be liable. When I called back the following day, a different agent told me that was not true, but that they still could not remove him because his permanent address remained my home and there was a possibility he could drive the vehicle. I explained that he does not have a vehicle at school and was not planning to drive my vehicle, yet the office continued to refuse to remove him from my policy. After more than a week and a half of delays, I contacted another agency and had him removed within five minutes. I was also disappointed by Pam's lengthy email stating that she was acting in my best interest by wanting to keep my son on my policy. As a single mother, I expect my insurance agent to take my financial interests and specific circumstances into consideration rather than insisting I maintain coverage I no longer need. The new agency also requested that my records be transferred, but the previous office failed to complete the transfer, requiring me to follow up again to have it done. After more than 12 years as a customer, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer service I experienced. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.

Absolutely a 5 star rating for April Parker of State Farm Insurance! I found myself insurance…read moreshopping after I received my renewal rates from my current insurance company of over 10 years. A friend referred me to April & she was one of 5 different companies I got quotes from. April not only followed up in a timely manner over the next few weeks, she wasn't pushy and was available on the phone, email or in person if I had any questions. Her professionalism was noted and appreciated as I researched all the numbers and compared coverage. April and her husband own the agency and are in my area which is another nice feature, the personalized touch of customer service is huge in my book. April reviewed the coverage in detail with me and what to expect should an emergency arise so there are no surprises, greatly appreciated. We were pleased to have gotten better coverage at a lower rate with April Parker /State Farm and would recommend her to review your current policy. Thank you April and we look forward to a long term relationship.
