We Had State Farm for nearly Two decades. Policies Ranging from Multiple vehicles, renters insurance, etc. Unfortunately when I had to use my. Insurance Pam and her team failed Details about the accident. 1.Local authorities were contacted and filed a report. 2. The other driver admitted fault and received a citation/moving violation. 3. After the accident I was seen by the local Emergency room. I received medical treatment that came with a hefty price tag-and the only thing State Farm covered was the amount to total my vehicle as the deemed it a total loss. NOT a single penny from State Farm was awarded towards ANY of my medical expenses. They were nice when they were collecting my premiums each month. However when I NEEDED to use the services I had faithfully paid for each month. Well that is a different story. Hence the poor review. Do your self a favor and seek out another entity for your insurance needs. This ordeal was a nightmare and I felt that being a loyal customer for nearly 20 years I would have received better customer service. read more

I had a policy with this state farm office for about a year. Then i purchased a new car 10-1-16 and asked them to create a policy for that, which they did. A few days later 10-6-16 i called and cancelled the old policy for the old car i had sold privately. This is where Pam Johnson and her "team" failed miserably. They created two different policy's for the new vehicle with the same vin, sent me insurance cards for both, and then proceeded to try and bill me for both. When i called to question this, the girl who answered the phone had no idea what had happened, asked me if i bought two new cars, and then said she needs to figure it out and will call me back. She calls back and says it seems like an error on state farms part not pam johnsons state farm office. So i cancelled the entire thing and asked them to send me cancellation letters which she said they would do. A few days later i get a cancellation letter for one policy, but the 2nd policy remains and i received a bill for that policy. A few days later i receive another bill for a 3rd policy that was created after i cancelled the first two over a week ago. So once again i call Pam Johnson and make sure i am talking to her specifically. She informs me that she has all these new people that do not know what they are doing and that it takes her about 1 year to get them properly trained. She tells me that all of the policy's are now cancelled and that they will not e charging my card. Then she actually looks at my account and once again pam johnsons office made a mistake...they didnt suspend my account or cancel it, they were still going to try and charge me for insurance i do not have and cancelled almost two weeks ago. If there was a 6th star, Pam and her staff would get it. I was worried when I moved from CA to AZ and didn't think my 10 year relationship with my previous insurance company in CA could of been beat- I was wrong. I've been with Pam at State Farm since moving to AZ in 2002 and have received outstanding coverage, superior service, and affordable rates. We have our auto insurance, business insurance and rental insurance through Pam. There's always a helpful voice when calling any time of the day or any day of the week....not a machine with 20 different hoops to jump through. If you're looking for an insurance agent that stands out from the rest, do not hesitate to call Pam. I canceled my insurance over 3 months ago but I still got a bill for workers comp insurance. State Farm says I have to fill out an audit. I feel this is a way to get more money out of me for canceling my policies and writing the previous review or some kind of harassment. I'm not playing games anymore. If this continues I'm making a complaint to the state. I fill out the form but no longer have the policy number because I shredded the file. So I call my previous agent Pam Johnson no answer always goes to voice mail. This is not surprising because I got tired of calling and calling and NEVER could get anyone on the phone so I that's why I changed insurance agents. While I was changing agents another customer came in with the same agent was there which also had the same problem I was having, go figure. Pam and her whole staff are absolutely amazing! In an age where good customer service is very hard to find, Pam ALWAYS goes above and beyond to do whatever it takes to assure customer satisfaction. First, she and her staff are always available for any question or concern, big or small. Sometimes I will just call her for advice on a matter that wouldn't necessarily translate to revenue or benefit to her, and she will happily take the time to chat with me about the matter. I called her about an incident where a motorist crashed their car into my property and caused extensive damage. She talked me through next steps, gave me advice on how to deal with the other party and their insurance carrier, and even offered to call them with me. The ignorance I've recently encountered with State Farm is amazing! I would have been a lifer until my most recent discovery with SF. I've been insured for about a year with my X3 through SF, 3 months ago I purchased an Audi TT and added it to my policy. SF well aware the X3 is financed and in both my girlfriend and my name, when I added the TT I also made it very clear I (myself.. not Corazon) paid cash for the car. A month ago SF cancels the policy on the TT but not the X3 and sends me a letter stating they were unable to verify my girlfriends info (she recently switched back to her maiden name) I am guilty of rarely checking my mail.. however SF has frequently called me day after day regarding automatic payment authorization so why not call me for something more serious, right? To top it off Jordan Wells wants to be ignorant and argumentative that my girlfriend is listed on the TT and not the X3? Are we serious!? I cancelled my policy and switched to Progressive, I now have better coverage for less than I was paying through these people. I'd also like to add they tried to change my TT monthly from $69 to $130+ for their incompetence. Furthermore after telling Jordan to cancel my policy she says "okay" just to be extra sure after getting home I sent her an email and request cancellation confirmation she replies that she would be more than glad (yeah right) to send me the paperwork to cancel but unfortunately her system is down and is unable to... lets not leave out the God knows how many grammatical errors in her email. read more
