Our previous advisor had lost us a lot of money not doing their job which left us in a precarious position. Mitch was selected after we met with several of the other advisors mentioned above. It was, for us, a very easy decision. First, Mitch is extremely personable and interested in nothing other than making 100% certain your financial investment not only is the right one that fits your long term needs, but also does not lose you money while at the same time gaining a good return! You cannot ask for more. Secondly, Mitch always follows up and keeps in contact with you regularly to make sure all is going smoothly. Indeed, for us, within a short time frame we more than recouped what we had lost, in very stable funds which will never run out on us (funds for life), and will never lose what we have gained over time. We can now sleep well at night knowing our financial goals are stable, now that we are retired. Mitch's family and employees are second to none and so very friendly and supportive. Several times early on we had to call to ask questions and/or help. Never did they say they were too busy or could not return our calls very timely. Another reason that we love working with them. Our humble opinion is you cannot go wrong and it is worth your time to talk to Mitch.

I also have 3 structural issues. One of which is the neighbors water spicket is on the opposite side of the house which makes it so they have to run a hose across my front walkway! Covid hit so I was told that only major repairs would be done until further notice.... here we are 5 months later and still no further notice. I've gotten the run around from the Landmark Rep Ginger as well as Taylor at Frontline. I'm told that I will be contacted in the order in which the request were received. That could possible take me into 2021 for minor repairs. I was also told that I cant hire contractors to make the repairs and send Frontline the bill. It's simply a racket to tell prospective buyers that they're getting a home warranty, when in fact you really are getting the shaft and a run around. Last night my grandson cut his foot on a protruding nail. I've given Landmark24 home 24 hours to respond or I will be seeking legal counsel on my grandsons behalf!

Monthly premiums & service call fees have increased, veteran benefits have disappeared, yet service quality has not improved enough to justify the higher cost. The biggest issue is LHW's contractor network. They too often rely on underperforming "fly-by-night" providers who are slow to respond, difficult to communicate with, or simply deliver poor workmanship. A home warranty should provide peace of mind, not endless frustration. Most disappointing is that customer loyalty appears to mean nothing. After nearly ten years of paying premiums, I expected to be treated like a valued customer. Instead, I've watched prices rise while service declined. Our experience spans before, during, & after Arizona's consumer action against LHW over its expedited A/C service policy. During the settlement period, service improved somewhat. Unfortunately, once those requirements ended, service gradually returned to its previous poor level. That gives the impression of a company that improves only when regulators compel it, not because excellent customer service is part of its culture. Today, customers pay more while receiving less. Higher premiums, higher service fees, fewer benefits, inconsistent contractors, & little appreciation for loyal customers make LHW impossible for me to recommend. After nearly a decade as a customer, I cannot justify renewing my contract. There are simply better options available.
