I paid a lot of money to get insured by them and the next week they came calling talking about my signature needs to match my driver licenses now I went into the place to get my car insured I been having my license for over 20 plus years and never hear that and so this week they sending me text message and calling my phone left to right and I and at work and I had two cars on my policy my daughter was driving one they worried about a car that their aren't even paying anything on the lady car insures is taking care of it because she was in the wrong the lady going to tell me I can go down to the DMV and change my signature on my ID I told why in the hell would I want to do that there is nothing wrong with my driver licenses so why would I want to go change something I have never had a problem with I let her know you can cancel the it out because I will not be giving out not no money and it cost me almost 400-500 to get it started up I wouldn't tell not a soul to do any business with this company because people don't have money to be giving them for their very poor service if I could I would not gave them not even this one star because at this point someone need to look into this company about how they getting over on people and more but want more money and you out of pocket because you could of went somewhere else and not waste your time and have to go pay someone else because their service is very poor read more

I have had a bad experience for being new customer as the people there Alexandra being the agent Rep who Mislead on a recent quote of $675 instead of $570 after the memo I receive in the mail and didn't disclose any fee's what so ever. Still awaiting for my refund which was promised from Maria, and Evelia who also explained to me that I would get the refund check as well. Horrible issues with this company and would never recommend to anyone I know who is looking for insurance. They screw around with tow trucks for roadside assistance and never give a time any where near how long tow truck will be. They have cancelled my insurance mid month for no reason before and have been weeks in between not knowing they cancelled me for nothing!!! Added items to my policy and had to figure that all out. It is just truly unbelievable what I have had to go through with this insurance agency i still sit here almost a month and a half with nothing from them. Firstly the claim that a letter was supposedly sent out within just two days of the intial claim never did show up and when i spoke with Nick Bowden the supervisor for the claims department and asked him to provide proof of postage he would not. Mr Nick Bowden of the claims department showed no remorse whatsoever for my situation. I had explained to him and had asked for the signed driver exclusion document and to my surprise he was willing to give it to me in addition to any other information but he soon backtracked when i had called him out on the legality of it since this insurance and an agent from the department of insurance stated that it was against the law to do so he soon backtracked and said that if my lawyer would like that info he could subpoena it. he did in addition provide with the names of people who were listed on the policy the owner the drivers sister and one other individual. i want to make this clear that after messaging yelp multiple times and being told by the person who responds to the complaints on here would provide me with policy wording never did. in fact i had emailed them multiple times and never heard a peep back. and what's most unbelievable is according to to nick that it didn't show is that the insureds policy is still valid and was not canceled. Its a sweet deal for the owner and driver they cause an accident the insurance company refuses to pay and he walks off scott free and i sit here with a car that needs a complete rear end repair job. while aall thinks that this is an easy out for them im not going away im not going away until we reach some resolution and a response is needed from their corporate office read more
