I received a notice that my existing policy for a rental property was being discontinued, so I reached out to Coriano for help. Since they are a broker, they were able to shop multiple carriers and find the best landlord policy for my situation. I worked with Caitlin B, who was responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help. She guided me through the options, secured a new policy promptly, and even helped me set up online access and e-statements with the new carrier. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

With a multitude of insurance companies in the community of Phoenix, Driven Insurance is one of the very few companies I'll go through for coverage. Finding an auto insurance policy for a noob like me has been super overwhelming for ever since I moved to Arizona but AJ, Shawn, PJ, and X have been great agents to work with on mine and my family's cars. Especially Angel! When I've needed to make quick changes and updates to my policy she's been able to execute everything when needed. I also heard that Driven is all family-operated! They screw around with tow trucks for roadside assistance and never give a time any where near how long tow truck will be. They have cancelled my insurance mid month for no reason before and have been weeks in between not knowing they cancelled me for nothing!!! Added items to my policy and had to figure that all out. It's been 6 months of hell with this company and will definitely not recommend nor go back.

We waited one house just to make a payment and there was 4 ladies working. Well should I say ARE working. As a matter of fact, were still here, waiting to be helped. I think I better give my insurance company as call direct and let them know how unhappy I am with the brokers they've chosen to handle business for them! ......... They just called my husband to help him. OMG, it's been more than an hour and the lady who called him, was just sitting alone back there at her desk all this time without helping customers. I see now why, she has all her kids here with her at work!!!!!!!! She was hiding them on the floor back there. OMG poor kids cramped up all under her desk. And these women, are taking their time like they are tired of working or something. It must be something on the air. I mean, I'm Hispanic, but it seems like when we go to businesses where they hardly speak any English is sh, they act entitled and take their time helping and serving us. They clearly do not put excellent customer service first. They act like this are getting their nails done, seriously that's how slow they are working! So not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!
