I had an appointment booked with Lydia. The building is in its own space and was easy to find. I walked in and was taken back to Lydias office. She was super friendly and got down to business. I was only in the office for about 20 minutes or so. The price for short form is $90 but if you pay with cash it's $85. I happened to have cash on me so that was nice to save the $5. I will definitely be back next year and already recommended this place to family. Thanks for a quick and painless tax experience!!

Since then I have had several problems where I have had to call back to follow up to get answers or I had to call back due to never getting a call back when leaving a message. This has been with both my Auto and Home insurance. I have been currently dealing with a concern that they cant seem to give me a straight answer. It seems that they have now but its been a long hard road trying to navigate it. When you have information coming from one person saying one thing and another person saying another... So far almost everyone I have dealt with at the agency has poor follow up. Make sure you call them back if you need something done. Then you might get a poor attitude when all your trying to get is an answer. I feel they don't care about the customer due to poor service. They just want the policy and for you to leave them alone after that. I thought customer retention was a concern. I guess not. I do not recommend this agency I just saw my cancelation on my boat policy. I paid for a year. Had the policy for 5 months and they kept a large percentage of what was left due to my cancelation before the year was up. Allstate's 800 number was not much help either.

This is the worst agency i have ever dealt with i will give them kudos for responsiveness when i…read morecall... but wife has been with this agency for 34 years and her parents before she was even born. our insurance went up drastically due to some claims that we filed. we went with it for a while then asked to see if there was anything they can do to reduce our costs. they looked (at least said they did) called back and said there is nothing they can do.... paying 4400 dollars a year for one car... so we started to look elsewhere called them back informed them that we are going to leave your company unless you can help us. they didn't care. went through another insurance and got a great deal. saving 5000 on costs a year. had the insurance company send a letter requesting to close our policies for our cars gave them 2 weeks and they were still on our plan. had to call they did answer and did get them removed but asked for an email of increased home insurance and proof that the cars are off. he said he would but i never did. i tried calling back before they close and he didnt even pick up. checked on our account and they were removed but home insurance increase wasnt increased yet. after all the face that we were a long time customer and they didnt have any care in the world to keep us is a sign of a company that doesnt care about there customers. i would never recommend this company to anyone HORRIBLE! PS my mother inlaw had to put a claim on her house and took almost a year to get approved and even then they kept giving her issues saying it wasnt coverd!!! HORRIBLE! Hope people will come there senses and find a better company that wont fight you anytime you need a claim and repairs done to your house or car!
