Dave Bombaci at Lawyers Title always went above and beyond for us. When the process first began, he went out of his way to send a courier to my place of business to pick up our earnest money check. As the process began winding down, Dave again went out of his way to send a notary direct to our home to sign papers ahead of closing. This kept everything on track. Not only was a notary sent to our home, but it was done so AFTER my wife and I were both home from work that day despite it not being until after 7:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. His communication was always concise, personable and effective. He called when he said he was going to call and each e-mail I left was always answered promptly. My wife and I were the buyers in this transaction so I cannot comment on how the process would be from the sellers perspective. As far as we are concerned, the process went as smooth as it could be.
