What A Nightmare!! The service was terrible! It took them WEEKS to finalize my policies then they canceled them! When they quoted me a policy that they said would be cheaper on my trailer and my home and I paid them they went and canceled it after! Leroy was AMAZING! He got my tire on and I was able to make it to Discount Tire safely. AAA is very unfair to him, as the truck/he drives is much smaller than he is. We visited this AAA branch to get an International Driver's Permit ( which is required by many car rental companies out of the USA). We were sort of dreading the appointment because we already knew they would ask us to activate our membership again. We canceled our membership because of a bad experience last year in Gallup, New Mexico. We went to Walgreens to get 2 passport photos ahead of time, which saves money. There was just a short form to fill out and $20 fee for the permit. The entire process took 10 minutes. We spoke to two employees while there, who both inquired about renewing our membership. After we explained that AAA basically left us stranded in New Mexico for 4 hours ,they were both emphatic and understanding. The interior of this location is very nice. Watch out! Was told my car was going to cost several thousand to fix and that it had several leaks in the ac. They claimed they did a recharge service and injected dye to find them And they charged me for it. Yet when I picked it up it was still blowing hot the same as when I took it there. I picked it up within two hours of taking it there. I then took it to the dealer right after I picked it up they found no leaks and performed the recharge and my car works fine now. It has been two days and it is still running cool. When I called them about it - I was told to come back in a week and if it is still running cool they will refund my money. I have been with AAA over 25 years and because of the name is the reason I went there thinking I could trust them. Well I don't know - maybe they saw an old lady coming and thought they could get money out of me with no resistance. Please beware. read more

My other half and I were heading over to our bank in this area and noticed a sign about car buying from AAA and realized there was an office there! WOW! My hubs needed to get his disabled license plate taken care of and was dreading going to the MVD so we thought we'd check and see if they offer this service and lo and behold they did! Boy, you should have seen the relief and huge smile on his face as it was taken care of! We waited less then 10 minutes to be helped and the woman who got the job done us was very friendly and fast! Stopped in to get some information on obtaining a passport. While they do not take applications there, I was given the required form and several suggestions for places to get it done. I was able to get my passport photo taken for $9, and I picked up some maps and tour books too. All that in only about 15 minutes--nice! read more

But ask for full on service such as flight to, hotel, train or boat or even another flight to about six different countries all in succession it is not going to happen.
