He was professional and fast with all my account needs. That is until September of 2025. I called him to ask if he could setup a Brokerage Account for mine and my daughter's small business. As usual he was happy to help. He said me and my daughter would just need to Docusign some forms and we would be all set. Then he ghosted me. October 10,2025 was the last time I heard from him. Me and my daughter did do the Docusign as he requested. After numerous calls asking him to please let me know what the problem was and receiving no response I was beyond confused, since this was so unlike Serg. Finally on November 07,2025 I was making calls to the bank requesting to know what was going on the Serg. On November 20th Serg's manager called me and very funny cuz Serg also called and left me a message stating he had been trying to reach me and I must have blocked his number some how. So not the case since I had been checking everything. His manager stated the same and I request someone new. She connected me with Joshua Watson vice president at Peoria location as well. N guess what, it's October 22nd 2026 n I still have not gotten this done. Joshua had us do physical copy signing. After that he said don't know what happened but there was some kinda problem so I'll just have you both Docusign. The constant back and forth and I always have to call him. Constantly telling me this will be done and I'll call you tomorrow and never does. Last thing that happened was the brokerage account was finally setup , oh but it's connected to mine and my daughter's personal accounts instead of the business. Joshua says well you can just log in to our business account and at least transfer money to the brokerage acct. I'm thinking in my head the only accounts that will show are the ones connected. But he's VP so I do what he says and nope no way to transfer money since no connection. Joshua has no clue how to move the Brokerage account from personal over to our small business so he has to reach out to get help. I am beside my self that this is happening to us. Over a year to set this brokerage account up for our small business. My days of boasting about JP MORGAN are gone. Can't wait to see if this ever happens. Oh n FYI I have thought about doing this with another bank but better for us to keep all business accounts together and taking all accounts means we would loose our search history for checking account. But if at some point I find a way to make this easy we will gladly leave this bank.

This has been the most devastating and heartless banking experience of my life…read more After 13 years of faithfully paying on my car loan, my family experienced unexpected financial hardship. I made the difficult decision to sell our home specifically so I could pay off the remaining balance in full. The day before I was scheduled to pay the car off completely, the bank repossessed my vehicle. The repossession agents arrived in the middle of the night, shining flashlights into our windows and frightening my family. It was an incredibly upsetting and invasive experience, especially with young children in the house. The very next day, I did everything in my power to resolve the situation. I paid the full remaining balance of $7,500. I even went to the Sheriff's Department to try to expedite the release of my vehicle. Despite paying in full, the bank refused to release my car that Friday afternoon at 2 PM -- leaving my family without transportation for the weekend, including access to emergency care for my children if needed. What has hurt the most is the complete lack of empathy or flexibility. After more than a decade of payments and a sincere effort to resolve the situation immediately and in full, I was met with indifference. I understand policies exist, but compassion should too. If you are considering this bank for an auto loan, please think carefully. When you need understanding the most, this institution does not provide it.

Desert Financial CONFIRMED the fraud--yet they REFUSED to reimburse us because of an absurd policy that requires business account holders to report fraud within 24 hours. This policy is ridiculous and unfair because most business owners do not check their statements daily. Fraud is often discovered weeks later, yet Desert Financial blames the victims instead of protecting them. We have filed complaints with the CFPB, NCUA, and Arizona Attorney General's Office, and we are prepared to take legal action if necessary. If you are a business owner, DO NOT BANK WITH DESERT FINANCIAL. Their fraud protection policies are weak, and they will NOT stand by you when fraud occurs.
