What A Nightmare!! The service was terrible! It took them WEEKS to finalize my policies then they canceled them! When they quoted me a policy that they said would be cheaper on my trailer and my home and I paid them they went and canceled it after! NOW I HAVE TO GO GET OTHER INSURANCE AND GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS AGAIN!! All Because I gave them the opportunity to quote me home & auto insurance! STAY AWAY FROM AAA INSURANCE AND THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!!! read more

Leroy was AMAZING! He got my tire on and I was able to make it to Discount Tire safely. AAA is very unfair to him, as the truck/he drives is much smaller than he is. Give him the F250 for goodness sake's! He is a treasure to your company. He gives top notch service, the least you can do, as EXPENSIVE as you are, is afford 1 more F250. He is definitely a great example of the service of your company read more

We visited this AAA branch to get an International Driver's Permit ( which is required by many car rental companies out of the USA). We were sort of dreading the appointment because we already knew they would ask us to activate our membership again. We canceled our membership because of a bad experience last year in Gallup, New Mexico. We went to Walgreens to get 2 passport photos ahead of time, which saves money. There was just a short form to fill out and $20 fee for the permit. The entire process took 10 minutes. We spoke to two employees while there, who both inquired about renewing our membership. After we explained that AAA basically left us stranded in New Mexico for 4 hours ,they were both emphatic and understanding. The interior of this location is very nice. And parking is super accessible. We had a great experience read more

Watch out! Was told my car was going to cost several thousand to fix and that it had several leaks in the ac. They claimed they did a recharge service and injected dye to find them And they charged me for it. Yet when I picked it up it was still blowing hot the same as when I took it there. I picked it up within two hours of taking it there. I then took it to the dealer right after I picked it up they found no leaks and performed the recharge and my car works fine now. It has been two days and it is still running cool. When I called them about it - I was told to come back in a week and if it is still running cool they will refund my money. I have been with AAA over 25 years and because of the name is the reason I went there thinking I could trust them. Well I don't know - maybe they saw an old lady coming and thought they could get money out of me with no resistance. Please beware. read more

AAA Goodyear Branch - This is the estimate on what they said needed to be done - Life Insurance Near Me - Goodyear, Arizona

They are using cheap Chinese parts that where out way too fast and they are overcharging for their parts

Very nice and efficient. They helped us notarize a document and send a fax! They also have automotive services which was new to us! We love AAA read more

Angel was awesome ! Got here quickly, and got us home safely . Very professional, very nice tech

Did not have to wait. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and gave recommendations for other maps to use on our upcoming trip.

Problems resolved and I received a sincere apology I received a call from Ashley, their Supervisor for Member Relations. First, she made no excuses, apologized, and said the cross-state experience is something they are working to fix. Second, she offered to correct everything along with providing a discount to earn my wife and I back as customers. Ashley's kindness won me over. Within a half hour, Ashley had cleared my account and Tiffany from AAA's Web Team contacted me to fix the online log-on problems. I am now able to access my account online. Very good comeback... read more

My other half and I were heading over to our bank in this area and noticed a sign about car buying from AAA and realized there was an office there! WOW! My hubs needed to get his disabled license plate taken care of and was dreading going to the MVD so we thought we'd check and see if they offer this service and lo and behold they did! Boy, you should have seen the relief and huge smile on his face as it was taken care of! We waited less then 10 minutes to be helped and the woman who got the job done us was very friendly and fast! Thank You for being there AAA and so close to home. We will be back soon for travel needs! read more

Excellent in all respects. Having tag and title work at this location sure beats the DMV.

We just purchased a new car through AAA Car Buying. We were very pleased with how easy the transaction was. If you are planning to purchase a new car, we highly recommend Michael Willand to assist you. He is very knowledgeable, explains the transaction and answers all the questions you have. We told him what we were looking for, he found the car for us, without the hassle of going to the dealership. He also saved us money on the car. We purchased the car that we wanted, with all the amenities and he took care of the car registration through ADOT. We have AAA car insurance, and we were able to meet with Nicole Gardea, our agent. She cancelled the old insurance and provided the new car insurance. We walked out of the office with car, registration and insurance all in one day. Great service. Highly recommend using AAA Car Buying for your next car. read more

I am a long time AAA member from California so I was too happy to find an office not to far from me when I moved to Phoenix. Had to renew my passport so when I went into this office I was greeted quickly and found the staff to be amazing. The service was top notch, received a lot of advice regarding places to visit along with those awesome travel guides and maps. I can't wait to go back for them to help me with my future travel planning. read more

Jill was very helpful to get my cruise booked for Sept. She made sure the rooms were booked side by side or across the hall from each other. Made sure we had the same dinner time and the reservations were tied in together. And told me to come back with passport and excursion if I wanted her to book them. Awesome! read more

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had! Thank you AAA! read more

I was very pleased with the service I got from Nicole Gardea, she was friendly & knowledgeable. I got auto insurance & most likely will be switching my homeowners. The location is convenient & clean, but you have to wait for passing cars to get to. The counter person didn't look to happy on that day but all in all I ended up fully satisfied with what I went in for. read more

UHM, seriously you guys are awesome! I just wanted to thank Nicole so much. I've had to call AAA on three different occasions now and every time I think I have some major issue, she's like, "Oh no problem, got you covered!" She always goes above and beyond and the fact that she can remember my voice and say, "You don't like emails, right? I'll just mail it to you!" Totally makes me laugh every time but more importantly she cares which makes me want to stay with AAA for my insurance and what not. Moving in itself is such a huge deal.. so being able to move and have you guys take care of everything, cannot thank you enough!! Thanks again Nicole.. You rock!! :) read more

Stopped in to get some information on obtaining a passport. While they do not take applications there, I was given the required form and several suggestions for places to get it done. I was able to get my passport photo taken for $9, and I picked up some maps and tour books too. All that in only about 15 minutes--nice! read more

AAA discounts is one reason I am a member. This travel store does not offer Walt Disney World passes for purchase. Thanks for the offer of Disneyland tickets Collin but I am traveling to Disney World in Florida. I always purchased my park passes from AAA when I live in PA. I just assumed since you are Disney specialists that they would be available. read more

Shon is the only bad thing from this office. I will just go back to karla for everything else. Looks like shon has no customer service. Karla why did you take a lunch?! AAA has done such a great job for everything else except for hiring shon. Let her do paperwork in the back and not let her talk to your customers. read more

If I were looking for a hotel or car rental or flight and of course the standard these days a cruise I suspect this service would be ok. But ask for full on service such as flight to, hotel, train or boat or even another flight to about six different countries all in succession it is not going to happen. But the are friendly in their inability. read more

Great experience with my local AAA office. Highly recommend Nicole Gardea regarding your insurance needs.

After waiting 40 minutes to try and get my motorcycle i was told in an abrupt fashion that there was an error on the back of the title. lizette is the only title and registration representatives at AAA.. She is rude and a bit arrogant. I have had two run in with her and will not go to this AAA because of it . read more

Visited the location on Litchfield and Indian School yesterday to register my vehicle that had lapsed. I was greeted promptly upon entering from the receptionist who was very nice. I was helped futher to register my car from Lisette Uvalde....I believe that was her name even though I might have the spelling wrong. She was professional and very attentive to my needs and had a personality beyond just there doing her job so it was easy to engage in some small talk as well. A great experience. read more

I had to have a new battery put in my truck at the Auto Zone. The nice young man that put it into my truck did not get the cables on tight. The only reason I know this is because it left me stranded.
