If anyone has ever had their financial account hacked or scammed through their home system, you know the pain and frustration I'm feeling. I was watching it happen and helpless to stop. Long day short - I called the customer service and immediately DJ at corporate investigations was put on the line and after confirming my identity started locking any and all accesses to my AZ One accounts. Then said - unplug your system (and get it checked). Once done, he said go to a branch and the would help do what was needed. So I went in thinking this would be weeks to straighten out with no funds to live on. OMG The customer service was fabulous! David Leon, is AMAZING. He calmed me down and got to work. He thought of things I never thought of - closing out accounts, log-ins, passwords, apps, direct deposits, auto pays, everything! He was able to get my accounts closed, open new ones and retrieve all my money and put it back where it was supposed be. Branch Mgr Wendy - great too! She stopped by to see how things were going and step in if higher authority was needed to speed them up when needed. When I left, I had my new card, accounts and was ready to go. I'm astounded at the speed, care and details that were handled while I was there, in only one visit. AND I received a followup call from David a couple days later to make sure everything was working and I hadn't missed anything. This is truly the way customers should be treated. (UPDATE 11/1/17: I called their 1-844 number for an issue I had more then a few times. I've spoken to two people who weren't educated on types of features OneAz offers. I went into this branch today and the lovely Justin helped me resolve my issue in the matter of seconds! He told me "I don't know why the phone reps are telling you we can't do that because In fact we can and it is possible" I think OneAz needs to retrain their call center reps because they seem like they don't know it all and almost lost a customer for an issue they said they didn't have when they really did.) I went here to open an account. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I had to wait to be seen the staff seemed busy but I didn't mind I was in no rush. The manager came out and made sure I got seen right away it surprised me I've never had that happen to me at any financial institution before. It was nice. Like I said I just opened an actual checking account the lady who helped me was able to answer any and all question I had. I've had an auto loan with OneAz for a year and a half and have had nothing but good experiences. I can't wait to see what the future holds with OneAz Credit Union! read more

I had four days to secure financing for a lease option buyout on a Tacoma. Every lender we spoke to said it wasn't possible to move that quickly. That is until we spoke with Theo and his team at AZOne Credit Union in Gilbert. I have never had a lender work so hard to help secure financing for me as Theo did. He handled everything from start to finish and he did it in record time. Their knowledge, experience, and work ethic are unreal.
