    I don't have any problems with any other midfirst banks beside this one they're simply unprofessional and rude go somewhere else

    I've been a customer for years but recently closed my account due to the treatment received at this…read morelocation. I used to go to a location closer to home, but they closed it and this became the closest location. I used to try to go to the location near work, but sometimes that didn't work out. I was making a deposit at the drive up ATM the machine rejected part of my deposit and the paper the machine gave me told me to go inside or to call in order to correct the problem. I went inside, as was an important issue I needed resolved. There was one teller open and three people in line. I got in line, then a few minutes later the person in front of me grumbled under their breath and left. I thought they were in a hurry and didn't think anything of it, until I noticed about five more people behind me and still only one teller. The teller assisted the next person and then told everyone to wait as she walked back to the drive through area to assist. She took the next customer in line and then someone came out and went through the line to find out why we were all there, and the line was almost extended to the entrance door. Another teller came out and assisted the customer behind me while I was getting to see the original teller. I told her what happened and how the ATM took a portion of my deposit and she just told me that she made my deposit and that is the only activity is shows, even though I handed her my receipt. She said she could not assist me and I would have to wait for someone else (I had already been in line about 15 minutes). I advised her I followed the instructions on the receipt, but all she did was circle the online and phone number customer service. I left the branch and headed to the parking lot after my deposit was done but the situation hadn't been resolved. I spoke to customer service and they were very accusatory and I told them that at this point and with the treatment I would rather just report the issue since they were not believing me. The phone person said they needed to transfer me to someone else, and this is what made me decide I would no longer be a customer. It was as if they were not aware I was already on the line. They sounded so irritated to have to assist a customer. They spoke tome in an accusatory manner and then said they'd temporarily deposit the missing funds. This happened to me at the location that closed about two years ago and it was handled very differently. I suppose it was my mistake for thinking I'd be treated with respect as I was the precious time.

    Good relationship with some employees, they are great but the website is Horrible for day trading…read more I've been complaining with no resolution for a few months about the Order Status time being wrong. It does not match New York or Arizona time but the time is correct in their advanced charts..... The order status time disappears after a day making it impossible to analyze your buy/sell with a chart. The site Constantly logs me off at random while actively using it. This happens a lot when I click Place Order. A lot can happen to the price by the time you get logged back in. Sometimes when I try to sell it tells me I don't hold a position when I do. Sometimes when I try to buy or sell it clears my orders instead of doing what I need it to do, making me repeat the process or log out and back in to see if it resolves. Again a lot can happen to price in that time. Errors, lots of errors while trying to buy or sell. Imagine you see its time to sell for a profit but the site will not let you and as you keep trying you see the stock jackknife... Or you see a squeeze in progress and the site will not allow you to complete the order. NOT A GOOD TIME.

I haven't been inside a bank in years..but had some issues that I need to solve by going in. The tellers were nice and when I stood in line, I can hear how chippy the customers were while being helped. Banker Lisa did help me sort out some things before leaving and wasn't rude at all. The next day I came in, Dennis helped me and dude ..customer service was just great. Got what I needed to be done! Loved Dennis vibes! Thank you guys!

I deposited my tax return check on February 27, and because my tax preparer is in Illinois while I am in Arizona, they decided to hold my funds, claiming it was fraudulent. I explained that I am originally from Illinois, and this is my tax return, but they refused to believe me. The representatives I spoke to were extremely rude, especially the gentleman, who was arrogant and condescending, insinuating that I was lying. To make matters worse, they are holding my money until March 13 with no clear explanation of why such a long delay is necessary. This has put me in a terrible financial situation--my rent and utilities are due, my car needs repairs, and my son's birthday just passed on February 25. I was counting on these funds to provide for my family, and now I am struggling because of Desert Financial's unnecessary hold. This feels like financial bullying. It's my money--I worked hard all year for this refund, and yet they are keeping it from me for no legitimate reason. The way they handled this situation, from the lack of understanding to the outright rudeness, has completely ruined my trust in this institution. I regret ever banking with them and will be warning others to think twice before doing business here.
