I just wanted to take some time to share my experience with Agave Home Loans. My mother had wanted to unlock some of the equity in her home for some time now. However, every company we tried working with in the past would always try to steer her to sell her home instead. Tabyan (our loan officer) was a breath of fresh air; here was someone who did something the others had not - listen. He made sure to talk to and ask probing questions to determine what financial goals she wanted to accomplish with her home. Tabyan then made sure to provide my mother with different options and gave her the room to determine what worked best for her. No pushy sales tactics, no disingenuous intentions; just an individual who understands the meaning of customer service and allowing the customer to make the decision. After agreeing to begin the refinance process, Tabyan was clear and concise with all the different required types of paperwork, information, etc. Whenever my mother had a question, he was there with an answer - and when he did not have an answer, he always provided a time he would get back to us so that he could research it. I would also be remised if I did not also point out the excellent work Ruben (our loan processor) provided as well. There were some irregularities (i.e., not a normal straightforward refi) that could have put the prospect of closing in doubt; however, Ruben was there every step of the way to provide solutions and answers to get the loan done. In the end, Agave helped my mother unlock the equity in her home, while also providing a considerable savings to her monthly payments. This refinance will allow her to live her life on her own terms; and I cannot thank Ruben, Tabyan, and the whole team at Agave for making that possible. Please trust Agave Home Loans - they will not steer you wrong. read more

From the very beginning, I could see that this company lives up to its promise: personalized attention, professionalism, and genuine support throughout the entire process. I was contacted by Agave Home Loans regarding a home equity loan. I worked with Austin Faciane and Alexa Nenaber. Austin asked us what we were looking to do and I explained we wanted to take an equity loan to do some home improvments. Austin & Alexa were both extremely easy to work with and very pleasant. They answered my unending questions, and every time I called I spoke to one of them. I did not have to leave voice mails and wait for a call back. I was skeptical of a company I had not heard of, and given the current market was very skeptical of the process. Austin outlined how the process would go, so we decided to move forward. Austin told me Alexa was the loan processor and I would be working with her. She was just as pleasant and easy to work with as Austin. We started the home equity loan process on 4/26/2023 and the loan closed 5/22/2023, with no hassle. That was very refreshing. Austin and Alexa communicated with me at every step, up to today, Alexa notifying me the funds had been wired. I would definately recommend Agave Home Loans to anyone looking to refinance a current mortgage. If mortgage interest rates ever come down I will be contacting Agave Home Loans, Austin & Alexa to refinance our current mortgage. read more

I recently worked with Zach on securing a loan to tap into the equity in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the start, Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand how I could use the equity I had built up over the years to meet my financial goals. He made what could have been a complex process feel seamless and straightforward. Zach took the time to explain how tapping into my home's equity would work, walking me through the options in a way that made sense and was easy to understand. Throughout the entire process, he was always available to answer my questions and ensure that I felt comfortable with every decision. Not only did he secure me an excellent rate, but the loan also closed faster than I had expected. It only took 8 days to complete the whole process! My husband and I worked with Jeremy and Nick! We were buying our first home and didn't know a lot, so we had lots of questions. Jeremy and Nick were always available to answer any concerns we had and made the process easy. I would also like to say that we are from Nashville, TN and bought our house near Nashville. The team is based in Arizona, but that wasn't an issue. We were also speaking to a different broker here from Nashville to get the best rate, and Agave Loans offered us a significantly lower total closing costs than the other broker (saved us a couple thousand!). I appreciated that Jeremy was very transparent and provided us with the loan approval and loan estimate quickly and without having to ask for anything. With the other broker, it was difficult to work with and was like pulling teeth to get any paperwork from them. Everything that starts well ends well! We were able to close a couple of days earlier than our original closing date, we were on top of all the necessary paperwork, and everything went fairly smooth. Would definitely work with them again! read more

I was very hesitant at first. I got my credit pulled by another lender but they dropped the ball on me. Dustin called me and was very attentive to getting me the best rate. He stayed in communication and even texted me to make sure I understood all that was going to happen. Almost too good to be true but true nonetheless. Dustin made my refinance process seemless and didn't waiver from anything. Dylan checked everything backed up and confirmed all that was promised. I prayed about it and went for it. My loan successfully closed and money is in the account the next day. Dustin and Dylan made sure I was okay and understood everything. It's the pay attention to detail for me and reassurance. My loan was closing so fast, I had to prepare in my head ITS HAPPENING. You just want a great outcome and the best options for me and my family. Dustin and Dylan will be my go to the next step I make. Pray about it the rest is will come. Thank you Dustin and Dylan read more

From start to finish, everyone we worked with at Agave was personable, professional and simply a pleasure to work with. At no time did we feel like we weren't appreciated. In fact, there was another company that we were just about to close with until we thought we'd give Agave a try. Needless to say, we chose Agave. The other company's rep became defensive and extremely aggressive demanding to know what Agave was offering. After I told them just two of the better items, they persisted that Agave was doing something underhanded. Unlike their company, not one person we dealt with at Agave spoke negatively about any other company. When you treat people with respect, get them the best rate possible and make the whole process as easy as possible, you don't have to belittle or degrade your competition. Your service speaks for itself. If you haven't already noticed, we are 100% Agave Home Loan fans and we recommend them highly! read more
