It does not match New York or Arizona time but the time is correct in their advanced charts..... The order status time disappears after a day making it impossible to analyze your buy/sell with a chart. The site Constantly logs me off at random while actively using it. This happens a lot when I click Place Order. A lot can happen to the price by the time you get logged back in. Sometimes when I try to sell it tells me I don't hold a position when I do. Sometimes when I try to buy or sell it clears my orders instead of doing what I need it to do, making me repeat the process or log out and back in to see if it resolves. Again a lot can happen to price in that time. Errors, lots of errors while trying to buy or sell. Imagine you see its time to sell for a profit but the site will not let you and as you keep trying you see the stock jackknife... Or you see a squeeze in progress and the site will not allow you to complete the order. NOT A GOOD TIME.

Theo Lugo - at the time a couple months ago was a senior banker handling the refinance of my car. He and OneAZ made the process seamless. It was fast and easy. Because nowadays, who has time to weigh through a bunch of documents, filling out all kinds of forms, etc. No one does and "Theo Lugo" understands that. And even though at the time my credit was not the best (it has since improved big time), Theo got the job done, lowered my interest rate significantly, and saved me so much money on monthly car payments. They should have stopped the money from leaving my account at that time, but 2 days later on the mobile app it showed it was still processing, and then they went and sent the damn money to the scammer! Then after a couple of weeks, they put the money in my account as "Temporary Credits"! Then a few weeks later sent me a letter saying they would be taking the money back out because I authorized it!! Why would I authorize anyone to steal $1500 out of my bank account?!! So now the bank just "Stole" $1500 out of my bank account, I did not authorize them to take it!! They should have stopped it, as soon as I reported it as a scam! And people are still getting scammed because Bank of America is letting them! They are sending them the money!!!! Then dropped to 1 person. with a line of 20+ people. I waited 30min in line and it was hot inside like no AC was on. I told the old lady named NADA " old lady short curly black hair Botox, gold jewelry" my other bank NFCU had 4 people running the stands has no long line, she comment " you should bank with them" I said I do I'm just here bc I got a check for this bank. She repeated again "you should bank with them, WHICH IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told her as just finish my "check" I told her supervisor about it I doubt she'll do anything but this old NADA lady needs some more training or at least her Botox and lip fillers is getting to her brain. She's far gone.. This a busy location a lot of foreigners were in line meaning they trust your bank and they don't speak English or know how to use atm or online banking etc. you need to have more employees for the weekend. NFCU down the street was fully staffed probably bc they pay or treat there employees better
