Good relationship with some employees, they are great but the website is Horrible for day trading. I've been complaining with no resolution for a few months about the Order Status time being wrong. It does not match New York or Arizona time but the time is correct in their advanced charts..... The order status time disappears after a day making it impossible to analyze your buy/sell with a chart. The site Constantly logs me off at random while actively using it. This happens a lot when I click Place Order. A lot can happen to the price by the time you get logged back in. Sometimes when I try to sell it tells me I don't hold a position when I do. Sometimes when I try to buy or sell it clears my orders instead of doing what I need it to do, making me repeat the process or log out and back in to see if it resolves. Again a lot can happen to price in that time. Errors, lots of errors while trying to buy or sell. Imagine you see its time to sell for a profit but the site will not let you and as you keep trying you see the stock jackknife... Or you see a squeeze in progress and the site will not allow you to complete the order. NOT A GOOD TIME. read more

I'm not sure why this place has such low stars. I went in to this branch two days in a row and everyone there is nice. I haven't been inside a bank in years..but had some issues that I need to solve by going in. The tellers were nice and when I stood in line, I can hear how chippy the customers were while being helped. Banker Lisa did help me sort out some things before leaving and wasn't rude at all. The next day I came in, Dennis helped me and dude ..customer service was just great. Got what I needed to be done! Loved Dennis vibes! Thank you guys! read more

I'm so surprised to see the bad reviews.. Naomi and Delilah were so helpful, they have officially made my WEEK! They took the time to guide me through the process and really helped in all the areas I needed (despite my frustration in the beginning) . Not only did they resolve my problem they went above and beyond to ensure that I wouldn't have any other questions down the road. Naomi has made banking so understandable. Naomi is very well informed and answered all my questions I would highly recommend this Chase bank to get a clear understanding of banking and to know what Chase has to offer you. Chase is far from a decent bank when it comes to the customers, you bring in more than enough with direct deposit. Need to borrow some money from the debit card protection. But you know what, chase gets to choose everywhere you spend. Even if it's paid back with the next direct deposit. You can't get any straight answers on how much you even get to use. They tell you nothing. We have banked with them for a few months now, and even in the begining, they have been a lower end bank, all about themselves, they truly don't care about their customers or their financial needs. Atleast with my last bank aka credit union. I knew where I stood with the over draft, with this bank, your in complete darkness. Come Feb 2nd. Good by chase. Your a failure of a bank. My wife has an account here. I just sit in the car most of the times. She is always happy with the service she gets here. Only hang us as with most banked now they have closed the drive up teller. The part I get most benefit from is we can get money for Europe and other countries we travel to. The bank I use most does not do this so that is a big plus for me. I made an appointment online for 12pm. The banker who was scheduled to help ofcourse called out and they did not bother in helping me after closing all of my accounts just because they need a W9 form. This bank is so ghetto, and trash, the customer service is horendous and noone seems knowledgable enought to do their job. They have to be hired on the spot here cuz good grief read more

Lines are too long and not enough tellers. They have everlasting reps that are not taking customers just sitting and talking to each other. Very bad customer service! read more

This is my bank branch and when I opened my accounts it was great service. The last 3 times I needed to do something simple with my account I was told they would not be able to see me unless I set an appointment for the next week. I even stated I wanted to open an additional account but again said they work by appointments. I have never been to a bank in my life that required an appointment to open or modify a checking or savings account with them. Do they really think they are so successful that their customer service is non-existent. I know that Wells Fargo had no issues in setting up an account for me...Chase should take notice. Terrible, after waiting an hour to be seen while a huge line stood there at 5 p.m. rush hour with one teller, no one even spoke to us. I'm handling the estate of my mother, they lied to me, allowed vendors to remove money from a dead persons account without authorization, and then only cared about taking her money and blaming me, they were one of the people removing money and didn't even offer a refund, told me to come back in a week because they would "forget" to call me when it would be time to finally cut a check. They didn't "forget" to sieze every penny of her grandchildren's money to ensure they get paid. I was followed to my car and acosted, then had to defend myself. So MIGUEL HERNANDEZ, and the branch manager MARSHELL, or whatever her name was should be fired for treating grieving family members in such a manner. Chase here's a tip: most people don't deal with death daily so you should help them through the process instead of treating them like dirt. social media is the only platform we have to spread the truth. Miguel and marshell, even though you dont deserve it. hopefully someone won't take advantage of YOU when YOUR loved one dies, and treat you the way you treated others. read more

Horrible, the manager was talking to a lady clearly saw me and my daughter waiting to speak with him. He said his good bys and helped another customer standing by the door. Than when he approached us and asked how he cant help I told him that I wanted to open a account for my daughter. He stated I cant do that we are closing, I told him well it's only 120 and you close at 2 so your not closed and I would like to open a account. He told me it's not enough time and I would have to come back he won't do it today. Correct me if I'm wrong but I am here before closing I'm trying to open an acct and I have a acct here, this is horrible customer service even the guy sitting next to me was in shock. I work in healthcare should I turn you away because we close in 45 min. No you would expect me to stay to help you out and I gladly would. Absolutely worse service I've ever received . I walked in at 5:50pm asked to add my boyfriend to my account was approached by Mona Patel and was told she could NOT help me today because it toke 15 minutes to add him and it was in their POLICY after a certain they could not do certain things . So I requested to close my account and she said okay . My boyfriend went to the teller window and spoke with Jorge Pacheco and demanded to withdrawal all the money in MY account. Never asked for ID and proceeded giving him MY money from MY account. After giving my boyfriend my money I told him thanks for asking for my ID and Jorge responded with he swiped your debit card and entered your PIN number. (Could have been fraudulent) We walked over to Mona's desk while closing my account Jorge and another team member started talking about us as we clearly heard jorge . After it's all said and done we walked out at 6:05 which would have been the EXACT same time as it would have taken to add my boyfriend . You guys lost my trust and loyalty . After banking with you guys 6+ years never going back and do not recommended anyone to bank with chase. read more

Really disappointing. Been going to this chase for years. Apparently they no longer offer a notary service. In addition there was a 20 minute wait to see a banker to make changes to my account. Meanwhile they have 2 people standing around to book appointments... This is very bad management. May be taking my business elsewhere if other branches cannot compensate. read more
