Had to make a stop at OneAZ Credit Union. Ever since I retired I visit this location more often now. I actually came here to unload my coins in their coin sorting machine that is available for its credit union members. We have been part of this institution for over 40 years now. It has changed its name a couple of times but it is still the same place with really good customer service with a different name. Their building sits at the Arizona State University West Campus in Glendale, Arizona. When you turn in from the main road it starts to get fairly quiet but you do see campus buses that transport the students to and from other campus locations. I have to say on more thing and that is I do appreciate how we are treated as customers at this credit union, I just thought you would like to know! read more

I want in to the branch with my boyfriend to deposit money and when we got to the counter to talk to the teller to deposit the money he had in his hands. In that conversation he had mentioned that he had an issue with his mobile banking and the teller passed him off to a different man to help cause she was "busy doing something". we walked in around 5:30 and were sitting with the other man while he starred at his computer and tried calling different people. By 6pm we had had given up and said we'd try coming back monday. We asked if we could at least deposit the $9500 in cash we had and he told us to go to the teller. the teller then said that she's closed and that we could use the ATM outside or use the night drop box- she ushered us out the door and never offered a deposit slip or envelope to do the night drop. Once at the ATM we were met with a message saying that any cash deposited will not be posted to your account until the next business day. (today is friday). read more

after being a member for 12 plus years at this stupid bank I became ill and disabled all the sudden I am unable to use my debit card and my money is being held over the Memorial Day weekend I am no longer able to use Zelle nor my mobile banking because I'm ill great credit union I never would advise anyone to use this credit union I am closing my account asap member services are the worst service ever oh don't call them you will be on hold forever and if you leave a message they may call you back in a couple days or not at all terrible service read more

Been going here since, I forgot, 30 years at least although they were under a different name. Great service, never any issues like you have at banks. Just dont like the fact they have so few branches and parking on school grounds can cause parking issues with the police and tickets....but otherwise..great read more

This bank is absolutely awful. There was fraud on my account 11/25. I called that day and was told to call back during normal business hours. I called Monday 11/27, I spent more than 2 hours on the phone getting bounced around from dept to dept because nobody wanted to take responsibility and help me. I finally got to someone who said they would help, she went through charges with me and claimed to open the fraud case. I called back days later to check on things only to find out she never opened a fraud case. So finally on 12/4 I was able to get someone on the phone to help me. Now it's 12/11 and I have no resolution and still no refund for the fraudulent charge on my account. I've spent over 5 hours total on the phone dealing with this as of today and gotten nowhere. UPDATE: 12/13 this morning I got a call from someone at a branch who apologized for the trouble I've had...only to follow that up by asking me to change my review. read more

I called this branch to help me when my bank account was compromised and there were charges on my account that I didn't make. DJ accused me of lying to him about the charges when I was just trying to get help and he also wouldn't let me get a word in when he was asking me questions. He also told me they couldn't dispute one of the bigger charges because "that's now how bank accounts work." I asked another member from a different branch to dispute it and they were able to help me and I was able to get my money back. I felt very helpless in a situation where I reached out to the bank for help. Could have been an off day for him, we're all human and have those days and I can give anyone the benefit of the doubt but he was not helpful to me. The branch manager, Ann, was very nice and helped me get a new account set up. read more

I mailed (hand delivered to my mailman) a credit card payment & deposit on 7/2/2018 to their physical location, per google, 4776 University Drive North, Glendale, AZ. 85306. A week later no credit card payment made to my card and no deposit made to my checking, this transaction only had to travel 5 miles! WTH is going on? I am going otomorrow to close my checking & savings as well as my fathers checking and savings. You might consider having your Information Technology staff or Google state it's your physical address and NOT a mailing address. Any chance of -1? read more

Used to love this credit union. Then after being with them for almost 2 years, tried disputing a charge on my bank statement. After calling them to dispute, a $39.95 charge, that was not approved by me, I was told I needed to go into a branch. Took an hour off work to do so, I was told they needed a letter, and the email where I had cancelled my membership. The next day, took another hour off work and wasted more gas, gave them the requested information. That still wasn't good enough for them, now they want me to call the company that I have the dispute with and get exact dates of phone calls I made and could still take up to 90 days to get refunded. Never heard of anyone else or any other banking institution treating customers this way. With the total in time taken from work, and gas wasted driving to and from branches it comes out to more than $39.95 the disputed charge. I will be refinancing my auto loan, closing all accounts with them. read more
