Excellent customer service! Everyone here goes above and beyond. I've never been to a bank where everybody knows your name.

They say, "people make a company," and my experience was phenomenal! Theo Lugo - at the time a couple months ago was a senior banker handling the refinance of my car. He and OneAZ made the process seamless. It was fast and easy. Because nowadays, who has time to weigh through a bunch of documents, filling out all kinds of forms, etc. No one does and "Theo Lugo" understands that. And even though at the time my credit was not the best (it has since improved big time), Theo got the job done, lowered my interest rate significantly, and saved me so much money on monthly car payments. I could not be any more pleased. And I found out later that he had already been "tapped" to become Branch Manager at the Glendale branch; yet despite this big promotion, he did not let it go to his head, and significantly, he did not pass me off to someone else. Rather, like a good leader, he completed the job he started & he completed it well! I cannot say enough really good things about both he & OneAZ. I was impressed, I have now switched from the traditional bank, to an amazing credit union, thanks to Theo Lugo. I really suggest them. If you want a great experience, do the same as I did. I can guarantee that you will not regret it. Thanks Theo & thanks OneAZ! /s/ Bill G. PS: I recently went back to them, through Theo & applied for and got a personal loan, especially with the holidays coming up. The answer: not a problem. And, it was not a problem. AMAZING!! I am so glad I switched my business to OneAZ!!

Fry 's has been putting a pending transaction and then deducting the final cost of their app/pickup orders, the two this happened the call center agents will release the additional pending hold to be able to use funds in the account, A rep told me that the call center gets real time updates unlike the branches... which I understand because I worked for a large company sending communications to administrative staff down the rep level. Been with Desert Financial in some kind of way for over 18 years, I will never bank with big banks like Chase, BofA,etc . Where they charge ridiculous fees just to have an account. Desert Financial will reimburse any ATM fees when needed to withdraw cash from credit unions ATMs at the start of new billing cycle. A branch rep told that every February they give every account a "thank you" credit, I think based on how often you used your account or average balance, not sure just remember back in February I got around $20 credit. I recommend this Bank, Charles Schwab or USSA, if you are qualified family member. And little special touch they have big variety of card designs... ASU, Cardinals and desert pictures. Not all banks have that many.

She then decided to go in the back room check her phone. Dabble on the computer then log out and go on break with 4 people in line. She looked me in the eyes and lied to me. Honestly felt racist. The audacity of a teller is absolutely crazy but when the overweight white female manager came out and started to argue with me about needing to sign something for a deposit I knew it was a power trip. (I've never once had to sign to deposit cash)

Despite their former downtown location being consistently busy and I had to wait in extremely long lines went I went into that branch they decided to close it. The moble app and the website has a terrible UI. They changed it again and it won't accept anyone's ID's or passwords. Then I went to call them but the woman on the phone kept trying to get me to buy a voucher worth $100, for $5. I kept asking for support or management, and she said that she would be the only person to assist me. I informed her that I was calling the number on the footer of the website offering for assistance. She interrupted me every time I spoke, then she yelled at me that "no one else is going to assist you," declined from getting a manager, then she hung up on me. I called again and have been on hold for for 15 minutes, and there is a recording that is offering me a loan and trying to get the person on hold to do breathing exercises, then it tells me "if you need a human, that's what we are here for." It is ridiculous! So much of my credit history is tied to you so I am afraid to go elsewhere, I would literally pay money to be able to take my history elsewhere. You are the 2nd biggest financial let down of my life. I have to drive 40 minutes to get to a branch.
