I've bought and sold houses in different parts of the country over the years, and this was the most organized sale I've been through. And we're taking everyone we come across with us. Story time: Long, long ago, on an island far, far away, we started our house hunt. In February 2018, we took a trip from Hawaii to Arizona to check out the area and homes. My wife and I have never been to Arizona before this trip, but we loved what we saw. When we returned to Hawaii, we looked through websites and Yelp reviews looking for a realtor. Gluch Group stood out. We started working with Garett almost immediately and went over our plan to move by that summer. Well, our first setback (blessing) came when we found out we had our first child on the way due in November. We received a lovely gift package from Gluch Group for me, my wife, and our baby on the way. That's when he knew we were never going to leave or be taken away from Garett and the Gluch team. We finally put our home up for sale Hawaii and made the move to Phoenix in July 2019 and planned to purchase by the end of the year. We are from southern California and planning to invest in rental in Phoenix area. We made a mistake of visiting few new homes by ourselves when we were in Phoenix area and soon realized that we need some strong representation as we were clueless over the areas and neighborhood.
