the actual sale was easy and efficient. The problem was the Carvana site and contract are firm that they do not accept e titles except that they DO here in Az. I had sent for a paper title on the contract's rules before I found out my E title would be accepted and then had to wait over a week to sell my car with the resulting expenses to me just because they do not post accurate info about electronic titles. I had to call them which is not easy at times . Carvana: change your contract to be accurate re: E Titles in Az (where you are based!) are accepted. read more

Updated 3.4.26- I took the Tacoma to a Tacoma mechanic, and scheduled the work needed to make the vehicle safe. After searching for any person to talk to, I finally was connected to Jennifer at the Carvana "Executive Resolution Team". I provided extensive pictures, mechanic notes and receipts for the work done to correct the most pressing safety issues- broken headlights and the bent crash bar. After weeks of going back and forth responding to every new piece of "proof" that Carvana asked for, I finally learned what I should have known all along. Carvana was not going to make this right. My ask was $1661- the cost of new headlights plus labor to install and to fix the crash bar. I was told my receipts were not legitimate, and that Carvana would not be reimbursing me. I provided- 1. Receipt from online order of headlights, 2. Credit card receipt showing payment for the online order, 3. Cash receipt for labor performed. When asked to speak to someone above Jennifer, she told me I was at the highest level and there was no one else to speak to. So, I am left with no recourse. Stay far away from this Carvana, and frankly, all Carvana locations. They do NOT provide a 150 point inspection, and if they do, they do not honor it. Lost a repeat customer forever. read more
