    Attn: Future Auto Buyer/Seller, We recently had the pleasure of selling a very collectable, "Classic" 996 Porsche 911 Turbo, low miles The process actually took less than 24 hours, including pick-up and check. VERY easy! I thought I'd have to wait days for the check to "clear", but with a little assistance from Bank Manager, I walked out with $5000.00, NO HOLD.     When we finally decided to sell the best vehicle we've ever owned, I called our insurance company to find out who provides the coverage for all test drives. The answer, which I didn't like, turned out to be "us". Going into this, we knew Carvana was going to low-ball us, but color me pleasantly surprised when the offer was less than $4,000 under what we paid for it a year and a half ago. The process was also incredibly convenient and simple. We loved that XT-5, and saying goodbye was hard. Kinda like putting down a pet. And Carvana put us at ease. She's in a better place now.

    A much nicer experience than having to put up with the games at a typical dealership. No pressure and no add-ons or bogus fees. My only complaint is that the car wasn't detailed as well as I would have liked and it didn't come with the proper floor mats. However, after contacting Carvana customer service they provided an acceptable solution.

    This was the easiest car buying experience of my life! We knew the exact price of the car up front to include tax, title and registration. All of the dealer's paperwork was ready when we arrived, and the actual pickup process took less than 30 minutes. This is the way car buying should be!!!

Miller & we left very happy with our decision. I'd been in communication with George one of the managers & John Barfield the Internet Sales Manager for the past week. Upon arrival for our appointment with John, George came to the front to introduce himself.... yes get it they're salesman but so many times you don't get such a welcoming! John already knew what kind of SUV we were interested in but he said he also found one that he'd love for us to look at, he wouldn't tell us what make because he wanted us to give him a chance! Once we saw this gorgeous Grand Cherokee L, fully loaded with 3 row seating with all the bells & whistles John had us, I told him he is good! The previous owner had every add on feature you could imagine including the passenger touchscreen, where I can search for restaurants, etc. then send the info to the main touchscreen for my husband! We knew the next SUV had tall orders to out-beat this choice & it was a very quick decision that we found the right SUV for our family! John was an amazing salesman, he knew our taste after meeting with us & he stayed within our budget! We got the car for an amazing price compared to other dealerships & we added on a 5 year bumper-bumper powertrain warranty including getting the SUV some new tints that are darker for the Arizona sun! My husband went back for the tints a couple of weeks ago and they did a great job & he was in & out within a couple of hours! I really hate how all car salesman are put in the same box as being pushy sharks, etc. because at the end of the day that's how they make their pay my friends... it's called earning a commission which is no different than a realtor! This dealership definitely did not disappoint at all, the financing department went above & beyond as well as our salesman John Barfield... While Honda CORPORATE completely dropped the ball and failed to stand behind a known issue, Arrowhead Honda did everything they could to help make it right. My service advisor, Divac, was outstanding!! He was always responsive, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He understood my frustrations with Honda Corporate, took the time to answer my questions, and never made me feel like I was being brushed off, he took the time to respond to me, even on his day off! Chris, the Service Manager, was great. He listened, advocated for me, and genuinely tried to help, even when the decisions were out of his hands. I can't express my gratitude to Divac for his patients with me and continued effort to advocate for me up the chain of command. Thank you to Ricky, the service technician, for taking pride in your work, taking the time to come and speak with me on your own accord to really understand the whole issue and discuss the mechanic with me. You spent time listening to my concerns, validating them and explaining mechanics I was unfamiliar with. It's reassuring knowing my car was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and took care enough to speak with me directly. Although I can't say the same about Honda CORPORATE , I can honestly say the team at Arrowhead Honda did everything they could to make up for Corporate's shortcomings. That's a reflection of the people working there, and I really appreciate everything they did for me. I will continue to use Arrowhead Honda Service Department as long as these three are there.

Everyone at the dealership, from the sales team to the finance staff, was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. One thing that really stood out is that this is a volume dealership. Instead of focusing on making the highest commission on each sale, they focus on selling more vehicles at competitive prices. That's one of the reasons they're able to offer some of the best deals in the Valley. I was told my car was ready. after signing the papers I walked to my car and opened the door. I was shocked on what I saw.I immeaditly went to Noah and called him over. while we were walking to the car i asked him how anyone could have left a car in such a condition. It was obvios he didnt look at the inside prior to telling me it was ready. I have white interior and it was covered in prints from a mechanics dirty hands. Noah apologized and i waited several minutes while he cleaned up the mess. When i got home I found a velcro strip wedged in the front quarter driverside panel. This is unacceptable to me and i will never darken that doorway again

    We are writing to formally report serious concerns regarding the service completed on my vehicle on…read moreJanuary 2, 2026 at 2:33 PM, which was marked completed at 3:09 PM, less than one hour after check-in. I paid in full for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and fluid top-off services. Based on the speed of completion and issues discovered afterward, I am now questioning whether the services were properly performed. Within a few weeks following my appointment, I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was completely empty, despite fluid top-off being included in the service. Because temperatures were cooler, I did not need to use my air conditioning immediately after service. However, on February 24, 2026, when I turned on my air conditioning, the air was not blowing cold. After arriving home, I inspected my vehicle and discovered that the coolant level was extremely low, nearly empty. I was forced to purchase both windshield wiper fluid and coolant myself from AutoZone -- items that should have been checked and topped off during the paid service less than a month earlier. This situation is extremely concerning because insufficient coolant can cause serious engine damage. I closely monitor my vehicle and have confirmed there are no visible leaks, moisture, or signs of coolant loss under normal operation. This strongly suggests the fluids were not properly inspected or topped off during my January service appointment. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over three years, spending more than $9,000 in repairs and maintenance. Because of this history, I trusted that all services would be completed thoroughly and professionally. On February 25, I contacted my service advisor Todd, whom I have worked with for over two years, to discuss these concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My concerns were dismissed, accountability was not acknowledged, and responsibility was redirected toward speculation about vehicle age rather than addressing whether the paid services were completed properly. Additionally, I left a message through the overnight line and did not receive a return call. This level of customer service and lack of follow-up is unacceptable, especially given the potential risk to my vehicle caused by incomplete maintenance. I am requesting the following: A full review of the January 2, 2026 service appointment and multi-point inspection report. Verification that the oil change and all required inspections were actually completed. An explanation as to why required fluids were not topped off. Appropriate resolution, which may include reimbursement for fluids purchased, service credit, or corrective service at no cost. Assurance that service technicians are properly completing inspections and that customers are treated respectfully when concerns are raised. We would like management to call & email us at their earliest convenience
