    We have purchased a car twice at this Enterprise location - once in 2018 and just today. We had initially gone to Hertz car sales in Scottsdale and it was a little shady. They told us that they do not work with our credit union, and that we should finance through them and then refinance through our credit union. They also wanted to give us only $850 for our trade in, which they then tried to raise when we walked out. Came right to this Enterprise and it was a seamless and pleasant experience. Aaron and everyone who helped us was great. Absolutely no pressure, they had no problems working with our credit union, and our trade-in was within Kelley Blue Book. If you're looking for a used car, there's no reason to go to a dealer. Come here instead. We will recommend it to all our friends.

    I bought a car from them the sales person John Styles was awesome friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond to find me the car. I really wanted after the incompetent office manager. Jessica sold the car I was purchasing. I was just waiting for the funding to get approved to for well knew that I wanted this car she says well that's just the way things happens in the car sales world , look you got a car you really wanted. John had gone above and beyond looking all over until he found a car in Tucson .He did this in a matter of hours to find me is a better deal and I am much much happier. Him self b an another associate then hand deliver the car to me. please if you are looking to buy a car enterprise look for John styles, he will take care of you I gave John five stars and Jessica One one star John should be promoted to management, and Jessica should be demoted my opinion.

    The no haggle Price?!! You can say they did not know!?

    Consumer Fraud alert. The price of the truck on their national site was listed. It is stated below the consumer price !! it was well below value.. and in big red letters on their site. it was a great deal. We took a screenshot of the truck. The price, the VIN, etc. We called the dealership and they confirmed the price with the other, branch and paid the transfer fee to buy the truck. The fee receipt lists the truck's info. The dealership salesman says" The truck is yours". We wait. We received a call. The truck is now in AZ from California. It Will be here tomorrow morning at 10 am. Both in text and on the phone call, we are happy.. Great we say. Oh, the bad news is we are going to charge 10k more!? ( Again after we paid the transfer fee, and confirmed the price) We informed them that this is illegal. They listed for one price took $$ and now wanted 10k more? The salesman says he will talk to the manager. We hear back from the manager. Who side steps and shuffles, points fingers, and says there were "mistakes". The list price was a "mistake." And the text informing us that the Truck was in state, was a "mistake." You see we are not liable as it now never left California. And the phone call confirming that the truck was in the state was another " mistake" (lie) The manager's solution was to attempt to go to the district rep and negotiate a lower price, that would still be $$ well above the listed sales price $$ that was offered. You know " mistakes". This is how they do business!!! Buyer beware.!!! We now have to get lawyers to keep the dealership honest. This is Awful.

    Yes we went back when the family van had enough 217k mi. This time met Jessica and Rudy and our new 2017 Camry. It had to be pick up at another office Jessica offered ready next day. Rudy set up a trade-in I didn't believe for a well used family van and again no problems just satisfied customer even thought Camry needed windshield attention it was addressed immediately. If you see on enterprise web page car you like let them know soon cause the first car we saw went quick. Thanks enterprise from 3x customer .

    Bought a 2021 ford ranger lariat fx4 from them back in Feb. The salesperson messed my name up on…read moreall the paperwork and had to be told multiple times what he did wrong to get it fixed. When he corrected it, he only corrected it on the DMV paperwork, not the auto loan, warranty, gap insurance, or any other paperwork. I pointed this out to them multiple times and they didn't correct it, resulting in me having to call all those institutions and get it corrected myself. He also did not flag the lifted truck option on the warranty he sold me despite the truck being lifted. They fixed this last part for free without any cost to me, so I guess they get half a point for effort there. Now that we get past the initial paperwork part of where this purchase went wrong, let's get into the mechanical issues with the vehicle. On my test drive, I noticed a burnt rubber smell coming from the left rear of the vehicle that I now know is symptomatic of a leaking rear axle seal. The power train warning light was also on the truck. I reported both of these things to the dealer and they said they would fix it with their partnered shop. They took the truck to the shop and told me they need to replace the wiring harness to correct the power train issue error. After that, they had to send the truck to a local transmission shop for a rebuild of the transmission, and that shop told me that there was an axle seal leaking. I passed that information on to the dealership to see if they would fix that or if I would have to, and they completely blew me off. Because of weeks back and forth where the dealership told me repeatedly that they'd communicated with other parties and then I call those parties and they all state they never heard from the dealership, I decided I no longer trusted that dealer or their mechanics at all and I took the car to a ford dealership. Immediately spotted the seal issue and diagnosed that the transfer case motor wasn't engaging. Swapped the motor and then had to diag that the wiring harness was messed up. I would not recommend buying a car from overstockvehicles or their partner organization valleycargroup. The only positive of this experience was getting them to foot the bill on a transmission rebuild for a vehicle that has known transmission issues.

    VPS Rocks! (Out-of-State Purchase)…read more I've been searching Autotrader, craigslist and Facebook marketplace for a couple months now looking for another heavy duty vehicle for my newly started business. I've never used a auto broker before and was skeptical this would go smoothly as I usually try to have friends or family check vehicles out for me but we all know how that can be. I found VPS on Yelp and after doing some research by visiting his website along with the many reviews on Google/Yelp I decided to take the plunge. I contacted Dave via text late on a Saturday and was texted back that same night. He ask for a link to the vehicle I was interested then without asking pulled the Carfax of the truck and showed that it had been in a minor accident. We discussed more and I decided I was serious and ready to make the purchase. Dave swiftly took over and made an appointment with the seller, scheduled a basic vehicle inspection that included a diagnostic check as well as 10-20 photos of the body and undercarriage including a short video of the engine idling that I specifically requested. I then proceeded to negotiate a price with the seller that we eventually locked in. I was able to send the funds directly and securely witch gave me added piece of mind. Dave met with the seller got all the paperwork taken cared of (notary, title, bill of sale, etc) as well scheduled/coordinated a new windshield replacement that the seller agreed to take care of prior to selling me the vehicle. Lastly Dave was able to clean, prepare and store the vehicle safely till we could schedule shipping to me. Dave went above and beyond my expectations! He was willing to help with whatever was needed. Reliable, friendly, vehicle knowledgeable and great communication. This was the smoothest out of state purchase I have ever done. I will definitely use vehicle purchasing service in the future.     I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Peoria Ford, and while I believe I ultimately walked away…read morewith a fair deal, the process to get there was excruciatingly long. On my first visit, I spent about four hours going back and forth with the sales manager about what the maximum payment I could make (despite repeatedly explaining what I actually wanted my payment to be). I left without buying, and then received calls every other day afterward saying they could now get me a better deal. When I returned, the second visit was even worse. I was there for seven hours, again going through the same back-and-forth over my max payment instead of the number I clearly told them I wanted. Eventually, after hours of grinding, they finally brought the payment down to what I originally asked for--not what I could "max out." By the end, I was so worn down that I left without waiting for the truck to be fully washed and detailed. And, of course the truck had less than a quarter tank of gas. Not exactly the experience you hope for when buying a new vehicle. On the positive side: I did end up with a fair deal in the end. The salesman I initially worked with (Jorge) was friendly throughout the process, however clearly inexperienced. The overall experience has honestly made me swear off traditional dealerships. With the way car buying is moving--especially now that you can order new vehicles on Carvana with transparent pricing and no haggling--it's hard to justify an all-day dealership ordeal.
