Each time their service performance gets Better. My Service Advisor Andrew Jajou goes Above and Beyond what many other Service Advisor's wouldn't think of doing. He's very Proactive with what services my car requires based on mileage and date. He even provides an estimate of what those services are going to cost. He's a very Personable, Friendly and Knowledgeable about the maintenance my car needs. If my car requires a certain maintenance and it's not really needed based on mileage he's very Honest and shares I should put that one procedure off until my next scheduled appointment. I overslept this morning and I called Andrew to let him know and apologize. He asked if I would like to bring it in later today? He made me feel much Better about missing my appointment by just rescheduling for a little later. Andrew greeted me in the Service Drive and then he walked with me to where his desk was. We went over again what work was going to be performed and ordered a Lyft Ride to take me home. When they completed the work on my car Andrew both called and texted me to say my Suburban was finished. He also made arrangements for Lyft to go to my house to pick me up. Last and not least when I was all paid and ready to leave Andrew walked with me to my freshly washed car. They replaced it with another vehicle, but the very first day I drove it off the lot, it shut off on me and had to be towed back. Now I've found out it has electrical problems, and I haven't even had this vehicle for a year. I'm a single mother who put $2,500 down, trusting this dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle. Instead, I feel like I was sold another lemon. Every time I call for help, I get excuses and empty promises. The service manager, Jerry, has repeatedly told me the problems were fixed, only for the same issues to continue. They've kept my car for a week at a time, returned it to me saying it was repaired, and the problems never went away. My salesman, Eric, hasn't been helpful either. Once they made the sale, it felt like customer service and honesty disappeared. Please do yourself a favor and have any vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before you buy it. Don't just take their word for it. I was told if the same issues were happening I would still be covered and that wasn't the case. I then hung up on evon and just stopped answering calls. Horn still doesn't work alarm system doesn't work, engine light still on, and now the car start to lock you out and shuts off and you can drive it due to it being in auto theft mode. So today they decided to put a repo out for the car, and I was told I was 3 payments behind on a car that doesn't work, and Inorder to get it out I will have to pay 500 plus the 400 repo fee all in one payment.
