Each time their service performance gets Better. My Service Advisor Andrew Jajou goes Above and Beyond what many other Service Advisor's wouldn't think of doing. He's very Proactive with what services my car requires based on mileage and date. He even provides an estimate of what those services are going to cost. He's a very Personable, Friendly and Knowledgeable about the maintenance my car needs. If my car requires a certain maintenance and it's not really needed based on mileage he's very Honest and shares I should put that one procedure off until my next scheduled appointment. I overslept this morning and I called Andrew to let him know and apologize. He asked if I would like to bring it in later today? He made me feel much Better about missing my appointment by just rescheduling for a little later. Andrew greeted me in the Service Drive and then he walked with me to where his desk was. We went over again what work was going to be performed and ordered a Lyft Ride to take me home. When they completed the work on my car Andrew both called and texted me to say my Suburban was finished. He also made arrangements for Lyft to go to my house to pick me up. Last and not least when I was all paid and ready to leave Andrew walked with me to my freshly washed car. It was so nice to have a clean car because I just haven't had an opportunity to get it washed. They replaced it with another vehicle, but the very first day I drove it off the lot, it shut off on me and had to be towed back. Now I've found out it has electrical problems, and I haven't even had this vehicle for a year. I'm a single mother who put $2,500 down, trusting this dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle. Instead, I feel like I was sold another lemon. Every time I call for help, I get excuses and empty promises. The service manager, Jerry, has repeatedly told me the problems were fixed, only for the same issues to continue. They've kept my car for a week at a time, returned it to me saying it was repaired, and the problems never went away. My salesman, Eric, hasn't been helpful either. Once they made the sale, it felt like customer service and honesty disappeared. Please do yourself a favor and have any vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before you buy it. Don't just take their word for it. I hope my experience helps someone else avoid the stress, financial burden, and frustration that I've had to deal with.

It's very unfortunate but the quality of service received from best auto has been terrible and just a total nightmare. I signed an financed a vehicle ( 2015 Black Dodge Journey) not even 3days after driving the vehicle off the lot , it began having major transmission problems "check engine light " went off tripping a code indicating *transmisson control solenoid *transmisson filter A/T *transmisson torque converter When I went back to return vehicle:per contract under the 500 mile marker- Yvonne insisted no don't worry your vehicle is still under warranty we will fix it . Schedule me an appointment for service - when I dropped off vehicle I only had it 7days. The services dept kept it over the weekend til The following weds totaling(5days)- THEN !Not even 2 days after - that same week Friday the vehicle began doing it again -even worst then the first time ( no torque not accelerating red lining ) check engine light back on !! At this point I'm very concerned and address it with Yvonne ( keep in mind I can't blame her she not the mechanic--however she did assure me it supposed to be fixed ) so now for the second time NOT EVEN having the vehicle for only 2 weeks - it's gotta go back in the shop for service. As it turns out, that's really a specialty of theirs. I bought a beautiful Cadillac XTS that looks like a $60k car and he sold it to me for $11k. Insane deal. I've actually had this car for over a year now and it's as perfect as the day I bought it. His warranties seem different also. Example - I took it in for an oil change. That was part of the warranty package. So are the brake pads...so is the battery. What?! Honestly, try Jim's before going to any other dealer. You'll be glad you did!

When I asked for the corporate phone number so I could escalate my concerns, I was simply told to "Google it." That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when a customer is already dealing with a serious issue. I've spent more time chasing answers than receiving help. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DriveTime. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and respectful service, not to be dismissed when they're trying to resolve a problem.
