He's very Proactive with what services my car requires based on mileage and date. He even provides an estimate of what those services are going to cost. They say "oh we forgot to tell you that after changing the catalytic converter it could throw some weird o2 sensor codes". So they tell him to bring it in again and they'll "fix" it.... So when my brother drops off his vehicle they told him they will take a look at it , well they come back and end up telling him they are going to have to change the catalytic converter .... Ummm okkkk thought you already did that . So they take the car for almost a week .... We just got it back and now the o2 censor light is coming on .... So my brother who is mechanically inclined crawls under his vehicle and wouldn't you know it ....... There is no catalytic converter even attached to the damn exhaust of the car ... my brother looks at the paperwork and it has written on it "replaced catalytic converter" (scratched out) and it says that they attached a o2 censor Defouler to it. If you are unaware what that is this device bypasses the exhaust system so the engine light does not come back on.... So with that being said bypassing an exhaust system, so the engine light does not come on means that this vehicle is unable to pass emissions and that is the law in Maricopa county. Take this as a warning and steer clear from New Deal Auto there are NO DEALS here .....

It's unfortunate that a former "marine" is working for such a dishonest company and selling bad cars to other vets. I know I'm not a mechanic but from what I understand, an oil leak shouldn't be happening, and that is a sign of failing components. Well, the 30 day warranty insurance company has decided that that's not proof of failure, and they're refusing to cover that fix. If we had known what we know now, we definitely would not have gone to drive time to purchase this vehicle. It's been to the mechanic three times now and it's been a fight with the insurance each time. There's no compassion there. There's no sympathy, they simply do not care. I myself would have a really hard time working for a company that has no integrity, and I would be ashamed of myself quite honestly if I stayed there. So do you and your family a favor do not go purchase your vehicle from this place. They do not truthfully certify their vehicles before they should be sold. Even though they will look you in your face and say that everything is perfect with the vehicle. Unfortunately, once the deal was funded, the communication dropped off completely. Adrian stopped responding, Tony was busy, and no one could give me a straight answer about when my truck would ship. I was told "I'll call you right back" over and over with no follow-through. After several days of this, the frustration really set in. When I finally reached a manager named Keith, he made promises but also never got back to me. The turning point came when my wife called the dealership and reached Mike Milliken, a manager who immediately took ownership of the situation. Mike called me right away, apologized repeatedly, gave me his personal cell number, and assured me he would make things right. And he absolutely did. Mike stayed in constant communication, provided updates in real time, looped me in with the shipper, and promised I would have my truck before leaving town that weekend. He even sent shirts, hats, and stickers for my family to make up for the inconvenience. Thanks to his effort, my truck was loaded in San Antonio on Tuesday and delivered to my driveway in California on Thursday just as he promised. The truck is fantastic and we get compliments everywhere we go. While the process had some major ups and downs, Mike single-handedly turned what could have been a terrible buying experience into a positive one. He earned our appreciation and our future business.
