    I've Always had a Great Service Experience when I've visited Sands Chevrolet Service Department…read more I've been living in Glendale, AZ for 15 months and have had my 2023 Chevrolet Suburban in their Service Department for routine maintenance about 4 times. Each time their service performance gets Better. My Service Advisor Andrew Jajou goes Above and Beyond what many other Service Advisor's wouldn't think of doing. He's very Proactive with what services my car requires based on mileage and date. He even provides an estimate of what those services are going to cost. He's a very Personable, Friendly and Knowledgeable about the maintenance my car needs. If my car requires a certain maintenance and it's not really needed based on mileage he's very Honest and shares I should put that one procedure off until my next scheduled appointment. I overslept this morning and I called Andrew to let him know and apologize. He asked if I would like to bring it in later today? He made me feel much Better about missing my appointment by just rescheduling for a little later. Andrew greeted me in the Service Drive and then he walked with me to where his desk was. We went over again what work was going to be performed and ordered a Lyft Ride to take me home. When they completed the work on my car Andrew both called and texted me to say my Suburban was finished. He also made arrangements for Lyft to go to my house to pick me up. Last and not least when I was all paid and ready to leave Andrew walked with me to my freshly washed car. It was so nice to have a clean car because I just haven't had an opportunity to get it washed. So we are satisfied with the outcome. However they did want me to remove my review... I feel better just updating instead of removing that way people are aware to be mindful of the potential issues that may arise. Good luck! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP !!!!!! My brother went in and bought a 10,000 dollar vehicle from this dealership. As soon as he drove off and was so happy and proud of his new car BOOM ENGINE LIGHT. He Called them and let them know that it is throwing a catalytic converter code, so they told him to bring it in and that they would fix it right away! WRONG ..... these idiots didn't do not a single thing, and this is how I know .... When my brother went to go pick up his newly fixed vehicle, he went driving down the road again ENGINE LIGHT for the same thing so he calls them back up. Let them know it's happening again. They say "oh we forgot to tell you that after changing the catalytic converter it could throw some weird o2 sensor codes". So they tell him to bring it in again and they'll "fix" it.... So when my brother drops off his vehicle they told him they will take a look at it , well they come back and end up telling him they are going to have to change the catalytic converter .... Ummm okkkk thought you already did that . So they take the car for almost a week .... We just got it back and now the o2 censor light is coming on .... So my brother who is mechanically inclined crawls under his vehicle and wouldn't you know it ....... There is no catalytic converter even attached to the damn exhaust of the car ... my brother looks at the paperwork and it has written on it "replaced catalytic converter" (scratched out) and it says that they attached a o2 censor Defouler to it. If you are unaware what that is this device bypasses the exhaust system so the engine light does not come back on.... So with that being said bypassing an exhaust system, so the engine light does not come on means that this vehicle is unable to pass emissions and that is the law in Maricopa county. Take this as a warning and steer clear from New Deal Auto there are NO DEALS here .....

I made an appointment with Kolten to see the vehicle that day and he was pleasant, professional and no pressure. The vehicle was in near pristine condition and matched the pictures on their website. The car was priced well and there were no extra BS fees added, just a standard processing fee that was lower than most dealers in the industry. Very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate purchasing another vehicle from the m or recommending their dealership.     Jim's Motors is a gem in a really difficult industry. Most people would rather get a root canal…read morethan purchase a used car. Andy the owner is different. The customer is important to them, you get that right away. I was needing to purchase a sedan as my aging mom couldn't step up into my truck any longer, so I needed a nice car cheap. As it turns out, that's really a specialty of theirs. I bought a beautiful Cadillac XTS that looks like a $60k car and he sold it to me for $11k. Insane deal. I've actually had this car for over a year now and it's as perfect as the day I bought it. His warranties seem different also. Example - I took it in for an oil change. That was part of the warranty package. So are the brake pads...so is the battery. What?! Honestly, try Jim's before going to any other dealer. You'll be glad you did!

He told me to go ahead and file a complaint, so I did. Since they refuse to assist even though this is a safety issue as described by The AZ Department of Transportation. Next, he indicated that he is not going to talk to me because I am not the one who actually purchased the car. My step son was. So, I guess I am not allowed to intervene in affairs involving my family. WRONG!!!!! I am still going to. Finally, he said that he "never had anyone talk to one of his people and within 15 minutes, write a poor review" Well, Since their rating is 3.7 here, I guess everyone else has waited more than 15 minutes to negatively review their establishment. Also, they took 43 days to actually payoff the loan on my step sons trade-in. 43 Days before the car was registered to him. 2 days before his temporary expired. he had to keep calling and calling to get updates on when it would be done. Having several car dealerships as clients, I can tell you the ONLY reason a car dealership takes that long to payoff a trade is because they have cash flow issues. Most likely, they were waiting for another car to sell so they could use those funds to pay of my step sons trade-in. I reiterate my point. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY HAVE 15 REVIEWS ON YELP!. OF THOSE 15, TEN ARE FIVE STARS AND FIVE ARE 1 STAR. THAT MEANS ONE THIRD OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT HAPPY. BY COMPARISON, MY RATING ON YELP IS FIVE STARS. MAYBE THEY SHOULD LISTEN TO ME. GIVEN MY PROFESSION, I COULD RUN THAT COMPANY MUCH BETTER THAN JAY DOES.

My DH and I were greeted the second we walked in the door and taken to the car immediately. The battery was dead and they had to order a new one from their warehouse. It was in the next day and we took the car for a test drive. They gave me more than expected for my trade. The car does not have all the toys, bells and whistles available, but that is not why I wanted that particular car. We are very happy with our purchase.     A few months ago, I purchased a truck from Ron Russell at DriveTime Glendale. Despite the truck…read morebeing absolutely filthy inside at the time of purchase, we decided to move forward with the sale, believing the condition was something we could address ourselves. Prior to visiting the dealership, we were quoted a certain monthly payment online. However, during the sales process, Ron Russell aggressively pressured us into purchasing additional products, including GAP insurance, a Vehicle Service Contract, and LoJack. As a result, our monthly payment increased by more than $200 above the amount we had originally been led to expect. We expressed concerns about the added cost, and Ron specifically told us that we could cancel these products at a later date if we decided we did not want them, and that doing so would lower our monthly payment. After speaking directly with the finance company, we learned this was false. We were informed that cancelling these products would not reduce our monthly payment in any way; it would only be applied toward the principal balance of the loan. We feel we were misled in order to close the sale and purchase products we may not have otherwise agreed to. The discrepancy between what we were told and the reality of the financing terms is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of the sales process. We are extremely disappointed with this experience and believe DriveTime should address these deceptive sales practices.
