Only reasons it gets a one start is because buy the vehicle was really nice and smooth other than that I would give this place zero starts if possible I bought a mustang almost two years ago through out the years the vehicle has had its issues first was a clunck noise coming from the rear when braking luckily that was fix but it took almost a month second issue is the speakers sound broken and static I took it to the dealership and they took about two days to just tell me it's something normal on Mustang, that's the most dumb thing I've ever heard speakers sounding like they are gonna blow up shouldn't be normal and I still feel like it's not, they're just to lazy to fix them or something it's annoying and embarrassing using that in a new car and someone asking you if your speakers are good or not. second thing is my transmission feels really jerky and lost when switching gears I took it in again and they told me the same thing they can duplicate nothing it feels normal. As a Cadillac tech it's super annoying that I've had to work on cars that feel the same an being able to duplicate their issue and fixing it, I feel like I'm just being made fun of at the service department there and just trying to let my warranty expire so they can later find all the issues and charge me thousands to fix I hate this service department I'm never going back not buying ford again read more

I have had little success with the service department at this dealership. Yes, they managed to fix the transmission on my 2020 Raptor...again, but they neglected to fix the inoperable cruise control problem, lied to me about malfunctioning timing belt cam phasers, and lied to me again about oil leaking after they conducted an oil change the same day. After I noticed oil leaking and damaging my garage, I immediately drove back to the service department and had them fix the leak. Regarding the phasers, I had to take my truck to a different dealership to get it fixed. Stay away from Rodeo Ford and their service department. read more

I was truly insulted by the sales associate here. Told him which car we were interested in, and the price point. He laughed at me and said we were asking him to give away the car. He said he would send me one that would fit the budget. He sent us a car that had a ton of miles on it and $20k below budget. It was insulting. He also told us we wouldn't qualify for a military discount even with the certificate. I'll be contacting Ford Headquarters about this Sales Associate trying to rip off military people when the money comes from ford not your paycheck. Thank you for putting it in writing. So far the check in process has been less than ideal not like Sanderson Lincoln where the quick lane is a quick lane and the service is separate. One can get bumped due to reservations for normal service. Don't even know the service guys name when I went to check in. On a good note they are providing me a ride home. Okay update on my visit. Good things were it was faster then they said the shuttle driver is so kind and efficient. Things that did not go so well and the reason I will continue to keep the 3 stars are the Works estimate special of $86.99 with tax went up to $107.62. Did not know the service managers name until I got the text 10 minutes after the shuttle driver dropped me off saying my car was done. Richard who I now know was very pleasant upon my return and asked what he could do to change my three stars to five although he did not lower my bill to the one quoted and the communication was fair to good during the experience. Hope this helps and may change how Richard interactions are with new customers when he first meets them. read more

nobody help me i ve waiting for more than one hour For someone who could help me buy a vehicle

I used Service advisor Jesus, I dropped my well maintained expedition off for a simple fuel cleaning and blower motor recall, my car fox report shows how much work has been done on my suv at another ford dealer, after having a different shop look over the vehicle i was told the ford tech didn't install all of the hoses correctly creating a P0299 code, I took it back to have the hoses tighten and Jesus calls and says your at 150k miles you need a tuneup we now a a P303 code, when I respond that a tuneup was done at 124k he had no response, I then told him to stop breaking my vehicle to create cost to the consumer, and my spark plugs need to be tighten back up before I pick up my suv. The vehicle passed emissions 3 weeks ago just a few days before rodeo ford destruction of my engine to get money out of the customer. I will be seeking legal advice and a second opinion on the deliberate destruction of my engine for financial gain. Please do not use this dealership for repair service if your car factory wrranty has expired they will break parts and cost you a lot of money. read more

Finding a Ford Ranger is tough. Add in the pandemic and chip shortage, and it becomes almost impossible. I was looking for a while when I found one in stock at Rodeo Ford that was the correct color and had all of the features that I wanted. I've never been to this dealership before, but one of their internet guys, Ricardo Garfias, was very impressive. He worked with me to get the deal that I was happy with before even setting foot in the dealership. We went to the dealership on Tuesday evening after my wife got home from work to do the paperwork. Unfortunately, Ford was having technical issues with their system and we were unable to actually sign the papers, but he sent us home in my new Ranger. We agreed to come back Wednesday evening to actually sign, and he made it worth our while to make the extra trip back down to Rodeo Ford. They were waiting for us when we arrived and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am very happy with the truck, and thrilled that the process was so easy to do. When it's time to trade my wife's Ford Edge, we will definitely start our search with Ricardo and Rodeo Ford! read more
