We've been dealing with Ford for DECADES. Rodeo Ford has an exceptional salesman named Benny Valenzuela Jr. Best guy that will go above and beyond for his clients. Also a shout out to David Garcia!! Benny has come through for me and my family for over 10 yrs now. We love you Benny and are blessed that you look out for us! Keep up the great work !!

This place is a hidden gem, we came all the way from San Diego to buy a truck and they did not disappoint. The whole transaction went smoothly. Thank you Jaime for excellent service.

Juan Canizalez made our buying experience as simple as could be. Was able to facilitate the numbers and delivery of my truck. Super happy with the service from Brody the sales manager. We will continue to be purchasing from this dealer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Litchfield Auto Repair

After the same well-known chain auto repair company in Surprise failed repeatedly to properly…read morerepair my 2000 Chevy Cavalier, I had it towed to Litchfield Auto Repair. My sister has been their customer for several years and has always spoken highly of them, so I decided to give them a try. Jenny Bastanchury was my service advisor and provided excellent service at every step. The car arrived shifting hard and shuddering at low speeds. Litchfield Auto Repair's mechanics quickly discovered what the large chain shop missed. A damaged transmission bracket was causing excess vibration and had been destroying my motor and transmission mounts. There were also other issues that needed attention, and the team walked me through each one clearly. Litchfield Auto Repair diagnosed excessive engine movement and rebuilt the entire engine and transmission mount set-up using modified brackets because original parts for a 2000 Cavalier are no longer available. They replaced the left front CV axle, installed a new air conditioning compressor, performed a complete R134a evacuate and recharge service, and coordinated a full transmission rebuild. Per my request, Jenny tried to source new old stock parts for the job, but in some cases, they were not available. After all the work was completed, the Cavalier drove smoother and stronger than it has in years. Their pricing was fair, their communication was clear, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Jenny and her mechanics really listened to my input and provided superior service compared with what I had experienced at other shops over the last 12 years. Although Litchfield Auto Repair is a little out of my way, I will drive the extra miles to get auto repairs I can fully trust. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

As I waited in their lobby, the oil and the belt were replaced in just over two hours. The money I paid was well worth it, as I felt satisfied and secure in my vehicle after it left the shop. While waiting in the reception area, I overheard the owners speaking with another customer. They offered to assist the other customer when they didn't have to. They were willing to go above and beyond on their own time to help the community. When you come here, you're not just a customer or a number; you become Family, and I like to see that.

Our total purchase was approximately $1,200. Unfortunately, our experience since that visit has been extremely disappointing. Approximately two weeks later, my son experienced another flat tire and took his vehicle to the Big Brand location at 10545 W. Indian School Rd. He was told there was no indication of a puncture that would have caused the flat. The tire was replaced, and he was charged nearly $100 for the visit. The following week, he experienced another flat. This time, we discovered that the valve stem that had been installed with the new tires was leaking. When he returned to the Indian School location on September 28, an inspection also revealed that during the previous repair, one of the technicians had stripped the wheel studs. He was instructed to bring the vehicle back on September 30 to have the damage repaired. Initially, we were told that we would be charged labor for the repair, even though the damage occurred during work performed by Big Brand. After discussing the situation, Big Brand agreed to complete the repair at no charge. My son dropped off his vehicle on September 30 and was told the repairs would take approximately three hours. He arranged an Uber home and waited. By 5:00 p.m., he still had not received an update, so he paid for another Uber back to the shop. Upon arrival, he was told that they had not been able to get to his vehicle and that the repairs had not been completed. We have been loyal Big Brand customers for years and have always had positive experiences with the service and quality of work. Unfortunately, the service and quality we have received over the past four weeks have been extremely disappointing. At this point, we have lost confidence in the work being performed on our vehicle and have decided to take it to another shop to ensure the necessary repairs are completed correctly. This is creating an additional out-of-pocket expense for us. We sincerely hope Big Brand takes this experience seriously. Customers should be able to trust that repairs will be performed correctly, that damage caused during service will be addressed appropriately, and that commitments made by the shop will be honored. After years of being loyal customers, it is very disappointing to have reached a point where we no longer feel comfortable trusting the service provided

I am not satisfied with the service I received. When I initially took my vehicle to you on December 4th, my check engine light was on and my radiator fluid was leaking. I advised I only wanted the issue that led to my check engine light and leak to be fixed because that's all I could afford at the time. I was told it was the cause was the Intake Manifold Gasket. The total came to $5005.22 I got a call saying my vehicle was ready and I picked it up on December 17th (8 days after drop-off). I was told to check engine light was still on and they're not sure why, but they drove the car and everything is fine. I drove my car to enterprise to drop my rental back off and then to the grocery store. While on the freeway, to the grocery store, the car shut off. The coolant and engine overheating warming lights came on. (The issue I just paid $5005.02). I called your shop twice and no answer and then I sent an email. December 18th I received a call back and was advised they will come to my house and pick my truck back up. Two men came and picked my truck up. I got a call December 19th. Stating it was now the heat module management/unit that needed to be replaced which came out to another $1078.54. My car was picked up December 18. I did not receive my car back until January 7th. I was told twice before this date that I was going to get my car back. I ended up having to spend $726 for a rental car. My issue is I had to pay $2000 just to get my car taken apart and I wanted whatever the major issue was to be fixed. According to you, it was the intake manifold gasket, nothing else. The fact that I paid $2000 and the heat module management/unit was not identified as needing to be fixed/replaced, I feel like I got extorted. My car was not a priority even after I said I had a rental car, my car was at your shop for 23 days in total. January 7th, 2026 I picked my car up and I have been doing minimal driving. January 10th the check engine light is back on again. (The issue I just paid a total of $6083.56). Not including rental cars charges of $726. At this point I do not want to take my truck back because it is apparent and I mean no disrespect that your shop does not know how to fix my vehicle. I would like some of my money back.

When I had an older Jeep with some serious issues, including a terrible death wobble, they were always kind, understanding, and honest about what was going on. They never tried to upsell me, scare me into unnecessary repairs, or tell me something needed to be fixed when it didn't. They did the work that was needed and were always upfront about the condition of the vehicle. I eventually made the decision on my own to get rid of the Jeep because the ongoing repairs just weren't worth continuing to invest in it. I purchased a newer vehicle and initially started taking it to the dealership, but after seeing how expensive routine maintenance could be, I decided to go back to Kandi and Jason. I've been getting my oil changes and routine maintenance done with them ever since, and I plan to continue using them. Cars and repairs are expensive, and while none of us like seeing the bill, I'd much rather pay someone I trust who is honest, does the work correctly, and tells me things as they are. I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

The oil was changed and my wife was Happy. Friday evening we were in the carpool lane heading into Phoenix when we heard a loud bang and continuous scraping noise. My gauges were fine, no smoke, no significant change in the ability to steer the car so I exited the freeway and pulled into the first safe place to stop. I called Sun Devil Auto and left a message (it was shortly after 6PM and they were closed). That phone call was not returned. We got a tow truck and paid for them to tow our vehicle to Sun Devil Auto. As of this writing, we haven't been reimbursed for the cost of the tow. I submitted the requested receipt on Saturday. Sun Devil called Saturday morning because our car was in their lot and they had our keys. I explained what happened. To their credit, there was no pushback and they agreed to do the repair. We were notified at 3:30 yesterday that the car was done. We were watching a movie at Harkins which didn't get out of until 30 minutes after they closed so I said we'd use our other set of keys to pick up the car and get the keys Monday. Bottom line - Exceptionally bad experience with the oil change, promising response (the jury is still out since we haven't been reimbursed for the tow) September 11- Update. Keep in mind i have an extremely limited tool selection so i can't really lift the truck off the ground or inspect anything without totally and fully ripping apart the engine bay, which is why i had brought it to the shop for a diag in the first place. After dropping off the truck, i walked next door and waited outside the starbucks for about an hour, to see my truck enter the shop. after maybe 10-15 minutes, i had received a diagnosis through email about the "cracked thermostat housing" I Spent 200$ for a diagnosis on a "cracked thermostat housing" and was quoted almost $1000 to replace, something i can in no way, shape, or form afford at the moment. After spending about 4 hours in a parking lot replacing said thermostat housing, inspecting the old part, and verifying there was NO cracks or leaks in the old thermostat housing, i had called back to ask about why the diag was incorrect. the incorrect diagnosis wasn't really the issue, it was more of the "oh well, i'm just going off of what the tech said" attitude that threw me off. is it reall worth 200$ for the tech to barely glance over the engine bay and return it to me with a false diagnosis? I guess you win some and you lose some :/
