Zero stars! Went to cash a small 60$ out of state check On Van Buren Street in Phoenix. My license…read moreis from that same state as the check and as soon as I get there the cashier asks me with a judgmental attitude where I got the check from? Clearly, the check said it was from a consignment shop, so I explained to her and don't know why I needed to, but proceeded to explain to her that I sold my furniture through a consignment shop and the check was my pay from those sold items. She truly got two other people involved in what should have been a simple transaction. She made a copy of the paystub and they acted like I was trying to pull a con over a 60$ check. I'm pretty sure if I was gifted enough to print fake checks, it would be for more than $60 and from the same state. Im sure the cashier and manager were attempting to prove any way they could to themselves how they had caught a scammer or con person, yet instead they earned themselves and the company this review. The parking is also terrible and small they offer services. Will never go there again.

I heard of them a couple years back but never really gave much attention since I was in no need of a loan. But the time came and TFC has made the process a whole lot less stressful. I was approved the same day and was not charged any pre payment fees. As a first time loaner, I couldn't have imagined my process to be any more simple. 5 stars!

I spoke to store manager she said she can not help waving the late fees then I asked if I could talk to her manager she said that she is owner of loan max and general manager. I asked how come you are the owner and general manager and you can't wave the late fees how that passable. I asked to be called from cooperat, some one from cooperat office called and say she is only store manager. Long story short the cooperat person asked me to say I had a family emergency for him to help me I said I didn't have family emergency he said I can't help. He also said they can charge another 15% by avoiding the 30days interest free would make my first payment 45% of loan amount. CRAZY. I don't like to lie to people so I said I didn't have family emergency I have to pay 30% interest for my first payment they might charge 45% interest for next month payment(never know)
